I found out I was pregnant with both of my babies at 2 months and my daughter 3 weeks 4 days. With my son we'd been trying for what I thought was forever, 3 1/2 years. I also have PCOS so I thought that I was just late.
Most ladies anymore find out 2 weeks after ovulation (4 weeks pregnant). I had symptoms with my son right away after the pregnancy test became positive.
The thing with pregnancy symptoms is many are the same as PMS symptoms (bloating, gas, breast tenderness) If you don't have any of those it's not nesecessarily a reason to worry. Some women have early pregnancy symptoms and some don't.
Worrying can actually make matters worse. If you have prior losses (which I can understand the worry) see your doctor asap after the stick turns blue. Some of us need progesterone to help support our pregnancies right away. PCOS ladies are usually the ones who need extra support and others are lucky and can breeze right through the 1st trimester with no issues.
If your reading this and your TTC now is the time to start prenatal vitamins. Take them before bed to avoid stomach discomfort.
