Dad wanted to name me Sarah and mom hated the name so while dad was looking through a magazine in the waiting room or something he saw a doll named Katie's bedtime story so then he went into my Mom's room and told her that's what he wanted to name me. My middle name Jo-Ann is after my Dad's mom who passed away before I was born. My brother's middle names are after both of our grandfathers.
