Visitation and child support are two diff issues. There will be consequences for him not paying but you can't withhold his visitation for not paying child support. If you do you'll be held in contempt of court for not following a court order

She is straight up saying they can't see them unless Chuckie gives her half his income tax. She is fucking delusional. That has to be around $3,000. She should not have large sums of cash because we all know what she'll spend it on.

If I am being honest, it's blatantly obvious that Chuckie shouldn't put his hands on her but I find her equally abusive and manipulative. This is a woman who exposed people on Instagram, after all.

All I am saying is if someone abused me, I wouldn't want a dime from them. I'd simply want them out of my life and my children's lives and that's it.

I have been there and your last paragraph is how I feel exactly! I was in an abusive relationship. I got out and have spent the last 10+ years of my life making sure that person is no where near me. No amount of money would ever have changed that sentiment if I feared I was in danger.

This was before I had kids, but given that I don't even let people I dislike around my dog, I can say with utmost certainty I'd protect my children with all that I have.

What she's doing is manipulative, and makes it clear that she's not scared of him. Physical, mental, emotional... abuse is abuse.

She's exactly like one of my FB friends, who is pregnant and has one kid and is complaining because someone who supports her kids (not the baby daddy) claimed their child on their taxes because they buy the child EVERYTHING. Tayler should be ashamed

Why hasn't child protective services stepped in? I would think by now the kids would be in foster care. :S I know people have different opinions on FC but honestly, Tayler isn't mentally stable enough to care for three small children. :S

Chuckie, if you're reading this, do not give a dime of your income tax to her and if you decide to, don't give her cash. Give her groceries and things only for the kids. She has no idea how to spend/save/budget money. She probably never will.
