Both Keyonabbaby and Britneyandbaby have supportive partners. That's why they can be SAHMs. Maybe they just got lucky choosing partners idk but someone needs to support the child/family and in Vanessa's case, it's obviously not going to be David. Not anytime soon anyway.
I AM a really optimistic glass is ALWAYS half full kind of girl!
That's the type of girl that ends up married to a great guy. Guys really don't stay with glass is half empty type of girls--ever. Sad fact of life. Some people have a hard time being happy with life, and that's never attractive to anyone. Luckily it was never a problem for me. I think Vanessa is a glass is half full girl too. She has a zest for life, even though things haven't gone great for her. She keeps trying, and she keeps moving through life rather than getting stuck in a rut. Everyone has challenges in life. I'm not sure how I would have handled some of the things she's been through. But I was talking about truths, not plans. She is working. She is going to a real school. She is in a relationship with David. I wasn't talking about the future, which no one can predict in advance.
Like I said, I have never seen Keyona. Maybe she's a great person too. Britney is a good mother, but she's not working toward her future at all. Unless I missed something, and Ean makes $200K a year? Britney should be taking classes in a real school, like Vanessa is doing, but maybe she doesn't want a job, I don't know. I do indeed think she got lucky with choosing Ean. Not very many, if any other teen moms are provided for like she is by Ean.
Not everyone wants to be a SAHM in the long run, because it puts you way behind in your career. It makes it almost impossible to buy a house, unless you live in an area with cheap real estate. If you have big gaps in your resume, that looks bad too, and makes it harder to progress in your career.
