She says herself that she knows nothing about skin care but it's really not hard to learn, there are a million videos on YouTube with basic info, she could easily start there. Im betting she just washed her face and that's it, no toner or serum or moisturizer, that's why her skin looks so wrinkley and dehydrated

Anytime you start a new skin regime you will have sensitivity. She shouldn't just give up....however that Panoxyl is horrible. I got actual scabs from it.
