I thought she had posted a flashback from when she found out she was pregnant the second time until I saw the caption and then I was like WTF. Her daughter is barely 3 months old

Yes she did terminate the pregnancy. Supposedly the doctor said she had to for health reasons.

Even if that's an excuse, that's probably the best decision ever made. How on earth is she going to raise the two she already has? Her environment is full of sickness and disabilities, she could barely handle one, forget 3.
