If you don't want people to think you're illiterate I suggest you slow down and type correctly rather than just typing whatever autocorrect chooses. It's not hard to go back and edit grammar..
Lol I don't think typos will make someone look illiterate. I'm a big culprit for typos and poor grammar at times. Usually when I post I'm multitasking and I don't proof read it and then it's too late to edit.

She's said before she has typos bc of her phone keyboard. And obviously I'm exaggerating with the word illiterate. My point was when your post is littered with typos I will probably skip right over it.

There's a big difference in a few typos and everything that annaclinchwalsh types. When you have to add a disclaimer for every post then maybe you should just try to type correctly.

I shouldn't have commented Lol. I don't even know what her posts look like, haven't read the DB thread in a few days, and when they were talking about typos I figured it was just like the typos I make here and there.

I did explain once possibly on another thread. Its hard to imagine if its not your situation. I read with no issues what so ever and i use age appropriate language. But when you begin a word with the wrong letter or similar spell check goes off. I can read the words back as spelt wrong but for the life of me can't fix. I would suggest putting me on ignore but if its a board wide prob I can stop posting its not the best platform for me, but Idont exactly begin RL covos about Bryan and Missy et all

Do what you want, just be aware that people are most likely skipping your posts bc they're hard to read. Nothing personal, but I know I'm the only one who just skips something when it's hard to understand.

Who is the poster that doesn't use periods? They write long posts of (what should be) 3-5 sentences and no punctuation. It drives me insane!

honestly I couldn't even tell you. I can barely keep up with the threads as it is. I wouldn't know where I've seen it. I'm really sorry if I offended anyone.

It's not you she's talking about. So many users use run on sentences.
Also, post as much as you want. People make errors all the time and it's fine. People can foe you or scroll on by if they don't like it. You have just as much right to be here as anyone else does and you are not any less of a person just because you aren't perfect at grammar and whatever.
Just relax, don't worry and have fun. :love2:

Of course she has every right to post. On the same note this is also the boxing ring and anyone has every right to call people on whatever they'd like. And if someone doesn't like what's said about them here they don't have to respond. Tbh don't really believe the dyslexia bit when you've basically added to every single post that you are fully aware of how horrible your spelling is, which in my experience true dyslexics are not.

Whats your experience with " True dyslexics"
I add it at the bottom of posts because I am entirley aware however as Ihave true dyslexia I cannot fix .
So many people on this site are armchair exoerts who specialise in diagnosing anxiety, speech delay psychiatric illness ect.
But I woukd like to know how I should be acting I never stated I had difficulties reading etc. . Just that am Dyslexic and if I put spell check on it makes the problem worse, proof reading itry, but end up stressing over every word.
As I said if you ignore or foe me prob solved, keep the good work up Elanor you'll be a mod shortly.
