My husband has a really good paying job at a oil refinery (because its a dangerous job) and we couldn't afford that.

I'm looking at 160,000 3bedroom 1or 2 bathroom rent to own and to me that is a little expensive in the area I'm looking. But also really cheap coming from the area I'm moving from. So it's a hit and miss.
