God, same. I was just ranting over in the Vannessa thread about how it sometimes feels pointless to pursue a Master's degree when I see people like these YT moms living a life of relative luxury for almost no work. But then things like this happen and I'm reminded how much better off I am in terms of long-term happiness and stability. Once YouTube is gone for them, nothing will save them from reality hitting like a freight train.
At least some people on YouTube have degrees. But I agree with you, the majority of YouTube Moms do not, and that is kind of sad.

Absolutely, and there is nothing wrong with YouTube as long as you have direction and a stable back-up option/other skills. The vast majority of YouTubers don't rely on it as their sole income unless they have very profitable channels. These YT moms have no education, skills, work experience, or back-up plans other than relying completely on their partners, which isn't stable either.
That’s why I like AnastasiaRuby. She was OBSESSED with having kids (I could tell), she had her baby name channel, had a box full of stuff she bought for her future baby (I totally copied her and did one too lol), but finished school, worked in the field she went to school for, then had children and became a stay at home mom. She’s gone back to work part time, then will stop, but she has that to fall back on.
So that was Ashleys brother or sister he as filming??? That right there makes me think Ashley is now OK with the filming. Maybe since they have started the M-F filming schedule her child support has become more stable/on time? and so she is OK with it.. or maybe he is helping out more ?? I dont know but I know my brother would NOT be Ok with being filmed or seeing my kids being filmed when they knew I was against it.
Mimi calling Caden was very cute! She definitely didnt have to do that, my own Grandmother has never called me on my birthday lol

She's getting her nose pierced based on her snap story. What happened to not having money, B? First you get your eyebrows microbladed, then you buy Harriet new "fall" clothes, and now a nose piercing? Damn, she pulled a fast one on her subs. She has money, she just doesn't want to spend it

Guys, when her dad needed money she haddn't paid down her credit card, or got her TANF yet.... I swear, she lives JUST like the girls I know who abuse the system. With the baby daddy and not married, has a brand new car, buys endless CRAP, and spending money like she has endless amounts... but I forget shes apparently not receiving any aid. (*side-eye*)

There's NO way she qualifies TANF. I think if any, the only assistance she would be able to receive would be CHIP or medicaid

$800 a month on food I believe she lies and gets foodstamps... but thats just me. No one has to agree with me. I just see it all the time working at a daycare that takes aid from the state that "single" moms receive. (AKA moms who say dad doesn't live with them, but he in fact does and makes a good amount of money, but the state doesn't have time to be going around checking. They also work, but just enough to receive their stamps, and daycare checks)
I think when Alyssa (who just bought a brand new car btw) comes to visit they are going to get their noses pierced together, since she was just talking about getting it done soon in her last video.

There's nothing wrong with getting some help if you're a widow like my mom and can't find a job although she refuses to get any assistance but that's a different story. there's unfortunately people who abuse the system. If she really does get food stamps that'll just reallynpiss me off it's so scummy, would be different if she didn't blow through money like crazy

I know if I didn't have to buy food from the grocery store I would be able to frivolously shop... or eat fast food all the time. We don't eat fast food because I think about all that food I shelled out for in the fridge and freezer lol.
