And did y'all catch the comment about the dog slipping on the steps? "She slipped because she just had her nails trimmed", and the way it sounded was "she slipped because you all badgered us into getting her nails trimmed".

Me and my hubby have been doing lazy dinners and lunches as well in this weather lol. We just want to relax and be lazy after a stressful week. And maybe the comment about her nails weren't directed at us. My doggie slips and slides too when her nails are trimmed. One of my mom's pets is a shih tzu and since she gets more regular grooming treatments than mine she slips and slides more often that mine. Or I could be wrong and they could be salty.

I liked their 24 hour snowstorm video. I live in Charleston we just got rain and then cold weather. I think it is sweet to see how Brooks watches Gaines. There is a lot of love in that family. Genuine love. Nothing is forced for the vlog.

We got tired of it before the 35 minutes were up. Honestly, after the kids went to bed, it wasn't as interesting. Loved the fort and making "fireflies" for Gaines.
Of course the comment about Ada's claws was directed at us. Well maybe not us in particular, but us and the people who commented on the vlogs about her claws.

I highly doubt that just because of their faith. They both seem pretty committed to it and for most Christians, watching porn is a huge problem and a form of adultery. I don't think he'd do that to Katie, they obviously love each other a lot and it wouldn't be something that either of them would find okay.

I would have said no, but it was too coincidental that they also purposefully vlogged taking them for a walk. Perhaps less salt from them about the claw trimming and more salt under Ada's feet on that ice.

I doubt C&K consider watching porn to be adultery. I'm pretty sure if he's watching porn at night, Katie knows about it. I wouldn't be surprised if that's what he's doing. I wouldn't be surprised if they watched together.

I've always had this idea that most vloggers are just a few steps away from being those couples who upload sex videos to internet or do webcam shows. I'm convinced that they've all made sex tapes at some point.

They did have nice warm comfort food though, Katie talked about it. She said she normally makes a big pot of chili for dinner on snow days, but she had a big bowl of it frozen from the Halloween party and she showed her thawing it out, said she didn't want to spend the time ect making some when she had so much frozen. I'm pretty sure it was just MG eating the pb&j.

I enjoyed the vlog. They did a good job showing how silly we are in the south about snow. We were in the same storm they were and my kids school shut down at noon.. for snow that started at 9pm! It was cute! I loved the montage of Katie putting Brooks to sleep. Say what you want to about the motive's of daily vloggers, but i know that is footage that they will cherish in years to come. It was sweet seeing them paly with MG in the fort, i love how they put effort into making memories and spending quality one on one time with their babies. MG will remember things like that. It just makes me think about B&M and how we never really see those moments with them, sure they can say all day that they do those sorts of things with Ollie and Finn but i don't buy it. I did laugh so hard when Cullen said that about getting shots and stuff up your booty My head when right where Katie's went and i doubled over laughing.. too funny.

I had to laugh at Gaines this morning, not wanting to watch the vlog of herself playing in the snow, but wanting to play. And daddy's name being "Babe" was the best.
And I know they're trying to help Jay and Kelly with their channel, but the way Cullen never says "Jay and Kelly are coming over" without adding "from JK Today", is getting annoying.
And about the porn thing, I really don't think there's anything wrong with it, unless it's avoiding being with your partner, or addictive behavior. It just struck me as something Cullen would do. I seriously don't think he was up all night just editing the vlog.

Actually someone did say that watching porn was adultery and that C&K wouldnt do that bc they are Christians.. which nah.. i bet they both watch it, and sometimes probably together. I think out of all the vloggers i watch (which is not many) C&K seem to have the realest relationship and probably the most healthy sexual relationship. IDK why i think it's weird, i don't have a problem with porn, don't have an issue with any adult watching it (unless it leads to bigger issues). It's just one of those things that i tend not to even think other people doing unless its brought up? lol I just feel weird discussing Cullen's masturbation habits.

Also... this brings up a good question to discuss (although it might be quite off topic) if it were Katie who pulled an all nighter would we assume she was up all night flicking the bean? It's weird how porn has such a stigma. (i know that sounds strange seeing as though i just said that i feel weird discussing Cullen and porn, but to me talking about porn in a whole and discussing someones unknown porn habits are different...lol)

Holy shit I can't believe that Gaines randomly, correctly used the word 'ottoman'!

I'm just now caught up to the 35 min vlog and holy cow you can tell Cullen has an art for editting. I've made videos for YouTube before (two that required a lot of work because it was for a grade). Editting is a freaking pain in the butt and for a 10-15 minute video I've spent 3-5 hours working on them. One of those was a video (had to be a one-take) and one of those was a PowerPoint style video that required pictures and music for a certain topic. Choosing the pictures, the music, the speed of the clips, etc took hours! So I can only imagine how long it would take to make vlogs. You would have to choose clips, edit those clips if needed, choose the speed of the clips, adding music, making sure the music is royalty free, end slate, videos for the end slate, all those extra clips Cullen adds, transition clips, and much more things that I can't fathom. Cullen really needs to be applauded because his videos are some of the best I see on YouTube. He, James from thechicklife, and Sam from samika vlogs are the only people I give this compliment too because you can tell the work they put into their vlogs by the quality of their content. A lot of other vloggers I feel fall into a pattern of lazy vlogging. The only work they do is picking clips and editting them (or over editting them if we discuss Bryan from DB). They use the same intro and end slate for freaking ever (I've actually just noticed that each intro of Cullen's is slightly different. I see new pictures or I notice the intro is longer etc.) And Cullen probably does work all night to be honest because his vlogs look like they take 3-6 hours to make. Yes, he has an issue with procrastinating, but he also might have an issue with being easily distracted. I suffered from this so bad in college that I had to either stay up until all activity stopped in my house or go somewhere extremely quiet. Noise and people just distract me so badly, so I can understand why he stays up so late at night. As long as he's not looking at the bad sites, using Ashley Madison, or cheating on his wife, then he can do what he wants with the internet lol.
