Her letting them run naked while potty training is actually a parenting technique. I read a book once it was stating of you left your baby diaper free and naked for 3 days he or she would be fully potty trained. If the dude can't even pony up child support on a regular basis for now four kids, I doubt he can afford tattoo removal which is expensive. A cover up maybe but you may as well just give him a sleeve for how big he got that.
