What is this sand ceremony thing? I can't wait for this wedding - it's going to be even tackier than the last one. And the marriage will probably last about as long. Love those people thinking she makes good money and Chris has a job - if either of those things were true she wouldn't be buying discount suits for the kids at Target. So this is really OT but I'm SO happy & just want to scream it to the world! After two years trying & literally this very month being told our only hope for conception would be IUI or IVF we found out we are pregnant yesterday! Aghghgh!️️️

Congratulations MissVeronicaa!! We had the exact same thing happen! Had our papers signed for IVF and went to our first appt and we were pregnant!! That was 3 years ago. We have tried for number 2, but no luck yet. Send some of that lucky baby dust our way please! lol Enjoy every minute of your pregnancy! Congratulations.

He actually said that until he is finished transitioning he would prefer to continue using the male pronouns.

I know that it is extremely hard to get used to using different pronouns. My ex-girlfriend is now my ex-boyfriend, she is now a he and so on. It is still wierd when people find out about my now ex-boyfriend because they are always like "wait, I thought you were gay?!" And then I have to explain and so on. Or just go with the flow and let people assume.

Also ellie-, I'm in a similar situation - my ex is a M2F and although we're both at different places in our lives, it's still difficult explaining it to some people. My family really liked her when we were dating though so they have no idea of the transition, and I'm keeping it that way.
