yeah, shit in life happens and sometimes we need help and often not, parents are usually great about it. I had to move back home for a little while as well because my room mates decided to start a family and I didn't want to be part of it, I had a job so I saved for a month and moved out.crazycrazy wrote:I still find it hilarious that she all of a sudden knows how to use birth control/her body now "responds" to birth control. With Lilia she gave 2 stories about why it didnt work. One was she got sick and just didn't feel like taking it on time, then she said she got sick and was throwing up which made the pills not work. Which is it? She's disgusting and does NOT need anymore kids, especially if she does not want to grow the hell up and move out of mommy's house. After my son was born my husband lost his job and we lived with my parents for 6 months and I felt SO guilty. We RARELY did recreational activities because we wanted to save up money to give my parents their space back. If I said anything about not wanting to move out because going to Disney was more fun my mom would have first kicked my ass then kicked me out.
I get that times were tough when Jess split with Drake, had a kid on the way with 3 kids under 4 already. If she was planning on going to school sometime after Landen's birth while living at home and remaining single to focus on herself (like she said she was going to do) I wouldn't judge so hard. I'd find it almost admirable that she'd take control of her life and get it together, but sadly, that's not the case. She doesn't save her money, nor does Chris as in the last year and a half they've blown money on engagement and wedding stuff, she's bought a few cameras in the last year, $1000+ on Christmas stuff and than factoring in birthday's, extra curricular activities from Dance to Disneyland, trips to collect Chris' boys, remodeling the house they don't even own, the two of them are just lazy with getting their lives together.

I can't believe she took her boys to see Star Wars... they're too young, surely?? Chris' eldest is the only one that I think is the right age. I'm curious to know what others think about this.

Yes in her 'amazing water birth' video (Landen's birth). He politely declined though. Hakiwi wrote:Wait a minute, did I just read that asked Ben to come look at her mucus plug!? Ewwwwwww! That is so gross LOL!

I was wondering the same, in my country (middle of Europe) Star Wars is for age 12+ only, they control pretty strictly too.gossipingloser wrote:I can't believe she took her boys to see Star Wars... they're too young, surely?? She did expose the relationship too much and way to early. I think they were not “official” when she started showing him on videos… And he wasn’t comfortable with that, he always looked and sounded weird whenever they did a video together in which he had to talk (e.g. Q&A).crazycrazy wrote:I believe a lot of the strain on her and Drake's relationship was due to the fact that they had no privacy.
I thought exactly the same! They’re definitely too young to understand what’s going on not to mention I highly doubt they’ve see all of the other movies. But yet she says they “LOVED” it. #ClassicJesssgossipingloser wrote:I can't believe she took her boys to see Star Wars... they're too young, surely?? Ugh, they can't even go to the movies without having to match clothing.

Their house may be too small, disgusting, a state of disaster..... But at least they all match! #prioritiesEsraa20 wrote:Ugh, they can't even go to the movies without having to match clothing.

I don't think its a big deal they took the older boys, we took our who are 7, 5 and 4, the week after it come out and there were TONS of smaller kids in the theater. All three of mine are star wars obsessed especially our 4 year old. Star Wars is huge and is loved by many ages.
Not sure why she took Landen though.... kids that age are usually disruptive.

Re: Jesss(Fam): New Year, Same Mess - Part 67
Man, this woman is so full of it. i do not believe the boys "loved every second of it".(Star Wars). Landen is WAY too young for it as are the twins. We saw it over xmas when my young teenage nephews came to visit and for a second i contemplated taking our 3 year old (4 on Feb 1). I asked my my sis in law who had seen it already, and she said that it was not appropriate for a preschooler to see. I am glad i didnt take him.
I was just talking to hubby a couple days ago about how frustrating it is that Star Wars and other movies like it, are marketed to young kids!! Buying undies for my LO and they had Star Wars! There was a whole section of toys/tshirts etc at the local toy store all marketed to pre-school age. I think my son thinks he has seen the movie because of all the merchandise out there!! I think with every "adult" superhero movie ( Starwars, batman, spiderman etc) that comes out, movie makers should produce like a one hour kid version so that kids can see it too. (i.e. basic same story without the violence and other scare stuff).
Not surprised she took all the boys though. She just doesn't care.
I am pretty careful about what my son watches though. I know not many will agree with this and that is fine. But i find even monster truck rallies (at least the ones i have seen on tv) to be inappropriate for toddlers. My son is all about cars and trucks. He was watching a cartoon about a monster truck and liked it. So without really previewing it, I let him watch a bit of a monster truck rally on tv. After hearing names like "Grave Digger" and him repeating that to the ladies at his grandmother's seniors' apt building, i nipped it in the bud! lol. No more monster truck rally tv shows. At least not until i can find a more kid friendly version.
Rant over.

Re: Jesss(Fam): New Year, Same Mess - Part 67
I guess its just different for everyone. But, I don't see an issue with Jess taking her boys. My boys are all into star wars and marvel, dragon ball z, Power Rangers, Pokemon, Arrow, The Flash, Batman, Superman, Supergirl. Basically all super heroes. They love it, they are boys and I hate to sound stereotypical but boys will be boys. Were all really excited go see Dawn of Justice in March. Were we live we still have drive in movies so we very rarely have to go to the movie theater, we just pile in the car and watch the movie. Some of my best memories growing up were going to the movies.

I don't have a problem with going to movies! We rarely go as well, but when we do, we have a blast. Fo us though, i think the violence i saw in Star Wars was just too intense. My son at least, would not even be able to follow the story. I just don't see how it would benefit a kid of that age. And i am not one that doesn't let my kid play "superhero". He is all about that stuff. I just find the violence etc in these more "adult" movies to be too intense for a little kid. But to each their own. I understand too that with 3 boys, it might be hard to find movies that all would enjoy. And i get that it could be expensive to take older kids to star wars, then younger kids to a different movie etc...

I don't see a problem with the boys seeing Star Wars, minus Landen because he is indeed too young. rme @ jess pretending to be a fan. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think the boys would appreciate the Lego version of Star Wars, it's funny and appropriate for their age. She's just trying to play stepmom of the year because she doesn't know squat about star wars or anything about superheroes.
I just saw on my FB feed about this mom started this petition to make Deadpool pg-13 so her 10 year old could see it if she even knew about Deadpool, she would know he is defiantly not kid friendly to begin with lol.

Re: Jesss(Fam): New Year, Same Mess - Part 67
I cracked up at one of the comments on Jess's picture. "You guys are family goals." HAHAHAHA! A girl who has four kids with two different dads before age 22 and a boy who pulls a knife on his ex-wife and abandons his two sons to play house with beforementioned girl are SOOO goals. Too bad I missed my window to have four kids before turning 22 (my birthday's in April). #fail
Jess doesn't have the money to move out of her parents' house, but she can make sure she has the money to take Disney trips, buy cheesy, #matchymatchy clothing for mundane trips, and go yard-saling/thrift-store shopping once a week to purchase useless shit? lmao, ok!

Re: Jesss(Fam): New Year, Same Mess - Part 67
I'm doubting that Jessss has ever even seen star wars herself.....
yet she was wearing a millennium falcon tshirt
while I said I don't see an issue with it, I can say she and the boys have probably NEVER watched the first 6 movies..... she did it because "everyone is doing it" and to be a #coolmom

Hubby and I are big deadpool fans as well we're taking bets on how many clueless parents we will see at the movies lol. I can already see parents raging about how they didn't know how violent the movie was going to be.newmomma2015 wrote:hannahbanana wrote:I think the boys would appreciate the Lego version of Star Wars, it's funny and appropriate for their age. I wonder if Jess ever got to watch that PG13 animated batman movie that she got for Caden lol.
