He may have mosaic down syndrome? It's when only some body cells are effected. This girl I went to school with had a son with mosaic down syndrome. The only thing the baby had was a flat face, his eyes were REALLY close together, and his ear were really small. He's 4 now and has some problems with learning and talking etc.

I could even see posting a ton of pics, or ur smeared lipstick from kissing, when u first get in a relationship and are super in love and obsessed with this new love. But she's always bragging about how long they've been together, it's like, u should have settled into the relationship by now and just act normal.
