Hahaha. Can you imagine if she didn't love them? Would she just be naked?

Why not just get up, shower and dress like the rest of the world does. She seems a little nutty and the pajama comment was strange.

It also looked like the kids were doing all the hard work and she just made her bed.

I couldn't imagine having to get up hours early and review a legal pad for my "schedule". Julie looked like she was going to cry.

Also, she served Chad what looked like 5 pieces of French toast and told him to eat. He looked nauseous. I know I couldn't eat that much first thing in the am.

Why can't Ruby assemble the younger kids' lunches in the evening or while they're slaving in the morning? She seemed put out that she'd have to iron Chad's shirt or "throw it in the dryer with a wet towel". Maybe he hated the hideous shirt and that's why he crammed it in the back of his closet?

Ruby is a bully.

You just don't understand!!! She's raising kids that work hard and don't talk back to the people above them. She did the same as a kid and now she get's to live the good life and have her kids do all the work *eye roll*

[sarcasm ofc]

That morning routine made me tired. How can the kids do well in school if they have ready crammed in a days worth of activities to one morning?
Ruby makes her kids do far far far too much in the morning! I thought it was bad enough making them practice music but all those chores? Poor Julie seemed half asleep through all of it, clearly that's not conductive to an effective practice if you aren't even awake yet and Ruby making her sort out all the clothes. She's six years old isn't she? It's ridiculous.
Also what does Ruby do in the mornings? The kids seem to have to do everything so basically they leave her with a perfect clean house before they have to go to school for what reason?! She's a stay at home mother, she should be doing all those things like washing up the dishes and laundry while the kids are at school. They already have enough to do while she seemed to spend the morning lying on the couch and her only chore was making her own bed. The kids even have to get all their own lunches? What does Ruby even do for these kids besides force them to work harder than they need to and basically act like a prison warden.
Maybe she could spend all her free time during the day seeing as the house is already spotless to actually go buy the kids more clothes they actually need and bunk beds for call the girls so they can actually get a good night sleep before having to be up so dang early in the morning again.

No idea what that pyjama comment was even about.
How do the kids know she loves being a mother by wearing them?
Because they have to do all the work and so she doesn't have to do anything so they see her happy that way? That must be it. She wants the kids to see she loves being their mother because they are all her slaves she can make work for her. Got it.

I feel she keeps reinforcing the idea to her children that they should never complain and do what they are told with no comment just so they would do as many chores as she wants without her trying to hard.

-Julie, wash the dishes and do not complain, nobody likes people that complain, probably that's why you get bullied at school. Stop complaining about being bullied, nobody likes it.

I guess it's ok to teach your children to work hard and don't complain when they have to do something difficult but without teaching them any analytical skills she will create followers instead of the leaders she wants so desperately.

If my mom would woke me up at 6 to read scriptures I would have shoved that thick book right where I came from!

I'm all for kids having chores and responsibility but that morning routine is ridiculous. There is no need for a 7 year old to need be out of bed at 6am to read scripture, practice the flute, sort/fold/put away laundry for a family of 8 people, have breakfast, get ready for school, make her lunch, make her bed, do 20 minutes of reading and then she goes to school all day. That made me tired just typing it out

She thinks she's raising hard workers who don't complain but I think she's raising kids who are beaten down, miserable and don't feel comfortable telling their mother what's bothering them because she basically tells them to suck it up and not complain. She wants to raise leaders but she's really raising followers.

And what does she do all day?! All of her chores are done before 8am by her children. All she has to do is cook dinner.

This lady wants to establish hard working in her children, by making them do all the work as she sits around and demands. Like okay, maybe ruby, you should be a hard worker first.

That is so sad. Those poor kids. I get my kid up at 6 for school but I would never, ever imagine making her practice piano and do chores before getting on the bus.

That new haircut she got is not 'cute' at all. It looks even more stagily than before.

I can't even with Ruby doing all those ridiculous poses in front of the camera today, what does she think she looks like? Like some super hot vixen? Shudder. She wasn't even dressed up! Ellie and Bonnie had their makeup done all nice and fancy at least and then Ruby looks like she always does, no doubt in a mildew stinking t-shirt.

I cringed so hard when I watched Ruby posing and doing all of the cat hissing/claw things for the camera. Second-hand embarrassment. I get that she was trying to have fun but it was sooooo over the top obnoxious and embarrassing. She was definitely putting on a show and it didn't look natural... She's just a dork. Lol

Getting up that early and doing activities before school isn't bad, idk I woke up a 0530 am to do gymnastics almost everyday and did gymnastics after school- and played violin and kept up 4.0 gpa lol I was a "Shari" type a personality and I enjoyed that work. But my mom helped with lunches and chores. I think the laundry and making lunches is too much. But making their bed, practicing music before school I see no problem with

And the pj comment was just strange, totally something Ellie would write about herself in an Instagram caption.

I guess Kevin has to take Viagra like tic-tacs.

The first half of the video she was talking and shoving the camera in her mouth while chewing gum. Manners lady, ever heard of them? Wanted to slap her so hard that she spits it out.

I am curious what is she going to do these vlogs as the children will be gone most of the time...
