I doubt she'll go sooner than 39 weeks. Any sooner I don't think she can have a home birth because the baby is considered preterm. I still say It's a boy.

Preterm is before 37 weeks. Midwives usually do homebirths from 38 to 41 weeks, although some will do 37 weeks at home too.

My OB told me they changed the definition a few years ago and any time before 39 weeks is preterm and 39 weeks is considered full term now.

I don't think it's too early to start a thread. Jess is due in about a month anyway.

I had my daughter at 37 weeks, and she wasn't considered pre-term. I've never heard of pre-term being before 39 weeks. It's slightly early, but not considered a premature baby.

Yeah I was told full term now is 39 weeks too. I guess 37 and 38 weeks are really important for lung development. I don't think it would be considered preterm, but maybe early term or something. Her midwife sounds stupid and honestly a little reckless sometimes, so if I were Jess and went into labor before 39 weeks my ass would be going to the hospital for the birth.
but I bet (and hope cause I'm evil) she will go to 40 weeks hahaha
It sounded like she wanted a 39 week baby just so she could have the 38-39-40-41. Same reason she wanted the baby to be a certain weight, so she'd have 5-6-7-8-9. I want her to go overdue just so everything won't be so #matchymatchy, BUT I'm already done with this pregnancy and don't want to suffer through another 5-6 weeks of her complaining she's sooo huge

YES! when Jess said she wanted to have a 39 weeker so she can have a 38, 39,40, and 41 weeker I rolled my eyes she is beyond pathetic everything has to be all matchy match just like her ridiculous name choices
I don't even believe Landen was a week late. Her midwife changed the due date to a week earlier half way through the pregnancy. I think he was only born a few days late. So, in my opinion, he was a 40 weeker, also.
someone on Jess's instagram commented that this baby better be a girl! like seriously?! how is it gonna affect your life if it isn't a girl? her minions are psychotic
Ummmmm excuse me why is she saying she "can't believeeeee he's sevennnnn"
Bitch..you've only known him 2 years. Calm down. Seriously rolled my eyes
I'm glad they had his party at a trampoline place, more fun than sitting around their house seeing a bunch of jess' friends that caden doesn't even know
