Awww baby looks super cute. ^^ I reckon it's a boy, based on the hat.

I was just thinking that it didn't look like their house in Chris' pic, maybe she had to go to hospital afterwards or something.

Things must of gone really fast because didn't jess say that she was going to post a "I'm going into labor" announcement vlog? But anyway I hope she and the baby are doing okay and that they both have a speedy recovery

She obviously wouldn't put a bow on her or him yet so no one knows the gender haha. Can't wait to find out!

The complications were probably not to serious since she was still able to have her home birth. Thankfully everything went good.

Both baby Skube and Landen were delivered at 40weeks & 1 day, that's pretty cool!

Yeah if it was a girl she would have posted that right away.

No way, now everyone's going to watch the birth vlog to find out which means $$$. you can't monetise an instagram post. maybe that;s a little cynical though. i do think it will have a bigger emotional impact to watch the birth blog and find out at the end (presumably).

Considering how much Jessica wanted it to be a surprise for everyone, including the viewers, I think she purposely avoided not putting on a bow so that we can be surprised via the announcement video.

True, but im guessing maybe because of the complications they didnt bother to care about the outfit.. the baby is wearing gray and white stripes, and the first outfit was supossed to be a white onesie that said "Hello Im new here" so Im still not sure if its a boy or girl

By the way, what kind of curtain is that in her "omg I have a baby" pic? Did she have that at her house?

Landen was 41 weeks 1 day. I think baby skube was 40 weeks? Born on his due date?

i dont think so. maybe they are from the hospital? i know she had a water birth, but are we sure it's her house?

No idea what complication it is but it could have been a retained placenta, which would mean she'd have had the baby at home then have to go to hospital afterwards. It looks like a hospital curtain to me too.

She said she was going to post an announcement video. If Chris wants to vlog, he should edit it while she's busy running to Target for clothes that "match the gender"
