Re: JesssFam: Addie Skube & Those Other Kids, Too (Part 79)
I'm not saying ALL of you here criticizing, but the post I replied to said that waiting for her to upload is definitely not worth the wait but they still are. The only reason I actually searched up this site when I found out about it was probably the same reason you did, where there would be conversations about different youtubers and events that happened in their videos. But all I see here is pointless posts about a Youtuber's hair being dirty, which is a joke in my own opinion. Everyone here is entitled to their own opinion but when people are just criticizing on stupid stuff like that? Just a waste.imapumkinseed wrote:I do! Thanks for the suggestion. I've watched Jess' videos since her first pregnancy vlog with Lilia, when I was pregnant with my oldest. I actually enjoy watching her family, but that doesn't mean I'm not allowed to think some things she does are ridiculous. I don't "search her" just to criticize her, I'm subscribed which means I help support her and her family. We're not pure evil here. You obviously don't understand the purpose or intent of this site so I'd just move along.youguyshavenolife wrote: I'm sorry, I don't read anywhere in there that you need permission. If you're so "interested" in childbirth then search that up on Youtube, much similar to the way that you search up JesssFam to criticize her

I have priorities too! My priorities include getting my bachelor's degree in elementary ed (which I will have in May), getting a big girl job, and making a stable life for myself BEFORE bringing kids into the world. But, ok. Jess is SUCHHH an inspiration for having five kids, four pregnancies, three baby daddies, two husbands, and a partridge in a pear tree, all while taking six years to get her associates.youguyshavenolife wrote:Wow, that is just sad. Obviously Jess doesn't give a shit, because she has PRIORTIES, an example being taking care of her newborn.Yogabbagabbat wrote:Lollll a minion how exciting! Do you actually think jess gives a shit about you defending her, or do you just have no life?

I've got my wine ready for this video. Be on after I'm done or drunk enough.

"Surprise baby". No, Jess, the baby was not a surprise. The sex was. Saying the baby was a "surprise" is just stupid clickbait implying it was an "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" situation.

She ended up being transported by ambulance to the hospital for the retained placenta (it was on her like "white on rice" according to the midwife, that made me chuckle.

A retained placenta is a legit problem/complication, so at least she wasn't lying about that.
Re: JesssFam: Addie Skube & Those Other Kids, Too (Part 79)
Jemus was the midwife putting her hand up there to pull the placenta out?? I'm glad she went to a hospital and was ok.

The placenta decided to just stay put in preparation for the next baby. No one needed to panic.

So her midwife tried to manually remove the placenta? She wasn't even wearing sterile gloves! (You can tell they weren't sterile by the way she put them on and by the fact she was still wearing her watch). I hope she doesn't end up with an uterine infection...

It does correlate with your google history though. Like the ad on my page was for "NB healthy toddler assessment" which is something I googled a couple hours ago.gemmie wrote:Nope, def not anything I have searched.sarahshortcake wrote:Uh... actually those sidebar ads are usually based on your search history...gemmie wrote:This is a legit ad on this site

Welp I chugged my drink. Lol. IMO she rocked that birth, and the midwives did the right thing calling for a d&c. I felt bad for the crowd of people waiting from like midnight to 5 am just watching her sit there in labor... at least play scrabble or something... [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]

Re: JesssFam: Addie Skube & Those Other Kids, Too (Part 79)
My random ass thoughts about birth vlog...
Who the hell thinks it would be so cool for their water to break in public? Like employees of the mall would be so excited, honored, and blessed to mop up your amniotic fluid. GROSS.
That was kind of sweet IMO when Jessica warned Landen that he wouldn't be the baby any longer and Chris corrected her and said, "forever".
So cute when she asked Lilia for the last time what she thought the baby was and she rolled her eyes before replying that it was a girl.
If Jessica was so hellbent on a unique birthing experience why didn't she try laboring without her mother for once? I would think it would be nice if you're in a "stable" marriage to just share that moment with your supportive husband for once...
Chris made a Stepbrothers movie reference. Bonus points for him.
As much as I dislike Jess and Chris it was refreshingly nice to see her holding his hand through a contraction.
Holds up bloody hand to show mucus plug loss... what??? Really? At this point I'm shocked this girl hasn't attempted an unassisted birth.
I wonder if she is going to attempt to resell her birthing pool on that facebook group...
If there was any profanity it was cut out. Her yelling was pretty minimal...
Jessica double checked to make sure it was a girl. Total shock. I don't think she knew...
Complication...

That should be a sign to stop having kids.kittypurry wrote:She ended up being transported by ambulance to the hospital for the retained placenta (it was on her like "white on rice" according to the midwife, that made me chuckle.
