He has three sisters. Rachel is his oldest sister. GrandBerry isn't her mother. I believe Brittany is the youngest and Annie is in the middle. Brittany is the one in prison.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the prison/jail thing was all speculation.

No, it's true. It's all public record. She's an inmate at Julia Tutwiler Prison. She'll be released in October.

I imagine they'll claim she back from being "out of state". That was the explanation they gave for her not being around. She's been in the vlogs before. The last time we saw her, she was target balling with Cullen. They've gained over 400,000 subscribers since then, so I imagine there will be tons of questions about where she's been. She wasn't around when Cullen's dad died and Brooks will be a over a year old when she gets out. They haven't held a memorial for Cullen's dad. I'm guessing they're waiting until she can attend.

I doubt they will address why his sister was "missing" for this amount of time, and i support that decision. Thats HER story to tell, not Cullen or Katie's. It's really not our business (i dont mean that snarkly, just honestly) and if she doesnt want Cullen to talk about it then saying she was out of state is plenty information. It would be different if Cullen or Katie went missing from the vlogs for a year plus, then they would owe us an explanation (or not.. we tend to forget that it's their right to keep whatever they want private) but with it being his sister, and this being a pretty tough thing to have to deal with, i feel like i would respect them more if they don't bring it up. Like i said, that's her life and just bc her brother has chosen YT as income doesnt mean they need to air her dirty laundry.

I think they have handled Brittanys situation with grace. They included the clip of telling her about Brooks over the phone and Cullen says she is out of state. I'm sure it is a bit self serving on C&K's part but they don't exclude her from their lives. It isn't their story to tell and I'm sure they will never utter a word. #1 out of embarrassment, #2 out of respect for her privacy.

I think the posts on privacy in regards to Cullen's sister were stated beautifully. There is a fine line with vlogging your life and privacy with family matters. This is one area you respect their privacy.

I am always appaled on how much Gaines and them are sick. Did they ever consider taking Gaines for an allergy test, sometimes a cold can have the same symptoms of allergies. It just strikes me as into why the kids are sick all the time. Not only Gaines but most YouTube kids are always sick.

My kids were ALWAYS sick as well, especially when they started 2 days for tots/preschool :/ We had my son allergy tested and hes just a hot mess of allergies, my daughter was as well but did't really react to much. Mine also didn't ever get just a little sick with the sniffles, they were either healthy as horses or so SO sick.. Impacted sinus', hand foot and mouth, 5th's.. I swear mine caught everything under the sun. I guess thats why it doesn't strike me as odd? I feel like kids that age are walking petri dishes
I do think that with Katie's history of allergy issues it wouldnt be a bad idea to get MG tested at the very least

MG is in mothers day out and is exposed to a million germs, I'm not shocked in the least that she catches every bug that goes around. My kids were the same way when they started preschool.

I hate to say this because I love c&k but they need to stop complaining about being so busy and still not opening their presents. There is no way they haven't had time to open them. I wish my biggest worry was getting to the hairdresser on time and finding time to open Christmas presents. Lol

They've both said that they want more kids. I think it's pretty safe to assume that there will be more. I just hope they start taking better care of themselves before they start trying again.

Yeah, they do want another kid, just not quite yet. Although they are aware that time is an issue, given Katie's history of miscarrying and her age. Right after Brooks was born, they said they wanted to see Brooks' temperament before trying again, because if he was a handful or clashed with Gaines, then they would be hesitant to add another baby in the mix. But I don't see Brooks being a holy terror and they've more recently said they do want another.

And I'm with y'all on the complaining about being so busy all the time. It's alienating to people who have to balance full-time jobs outside the home with raising children and still make the time to visit with family and go to a few holiday parties. How long does it take to open a couple presents or unpack a stocking anyway?

There's an old commercial for a pain medication that applies the "a body in motion stays in motion" principle to people with the idea that a person who sits or lays around all the time will become less productive (so hey, get our non-narcotic painkiller and get moving again!). (Spoiler alert: it doesn't really work)

And I say all of this as someone who really likes them. I don't enjoy nitpicking them (they're not E+J!). But there's a time management issue going on with them. And they have more of an adult audience than some other family channels, so comments about being "so busy" will alienate a larger percent of their audience. I'm surprised they haven't thought this through, because it's clear that Cullen is trying to grow the channel.

These are my suggestions since watching them is driving me nuts and I like them the best. I think they stay up too late and consequently their day starts later so they could try to change this. They don't have good time management skills and I suggest they write down what they should be doing hourly. The other issue is the clutter which makes them less organized. I think it is Katie who doesn't let go of things. I would pack up part of the kids toys and rotate them. They have a lot of toys. Clear those shelves some too and counter tops. The changing table in the office goes in the baby's bedroom. Leave the dining room as it is intended, the cats can live without the cat tower and don't put a computer in there. No one will buy their home with a cat tower in an eating area and if they want to sale fast start painting.

They seem like they are constantly running around and getting nowhere fast. So in their minds they are busy, but it is more their organization skills. A good example is they showed up at 1:30 p.m. to the Christmas day brunch and that is not good.

They have a changing table downstairs because it would be inconvenient to go up to his room every time they need to change him. Though I wonder how often they really use it rather than just changing him on the couch or floor or wherever they are.

Cats should have a cat tree/tower. They've shown that even with the tree, the cats go after the furniture occasionally. Without, everything would probably get destroyed. I agree that having it in the dining room may not be the most ideal but, they don't have a ton of options. Unless maybe they put it in the living room where Gaines' play table was.

Daily bumps said today that Finn is 18 pounds, and C&K just said Gaines is 24 pounds...that's only a six pound difference! Gaines really is a tiny lil thing!
