And I also thought they bragged about that IVF that much. It costs 15 000 dollars? It is not a huge amount of money. It is a lot but not something they hardly afforded.

Actually, most colleges have married student housing. I don't think it's free, it's just like paying for a dorm room but it's an apartment where your spouse can live, too. I'm sure Utah colleges have wayyyy more of that, though, than other universities due to the high number of child brides in Utah.

Calvin stops breathing TWICE and they don't even flinch.

His neck is horribly tilted and it is ignored for a YEAR.

Someone mentions diabetes and they get it checked right away.

What is wrong with them? Seriously, does anyone know?

And I am a horrible person, I was watching and they did a close up of Calvin and I audibly said "Ugh." There is absolutely not one endearing thing about that child. Nothing.

I don't know but I'm also baffled. All those issues early on, and Ellie was adamant (or at least how I remember) that they would no longer be discussing medical issues on the vlog. Then this. Dear lord.

I'll admit my husband and I still call our two year old "the baby" to eachother as a term of endearment. We realize he isn't a baby though, and don't refer to him as such to anyone else! It's total clickbait to use that, and they are shameless for doing so if it isn't going to be a bigger point in the vlog. I realize all vloggers do this, but still.... Majes me almost certain that the whole non-breathing episode was nothing more than Cal holding his breath because he was angry and having a fit.

OT from today's video, but does Calvin have any sort of learning disability/some sort of developmental delay? He's just slightly older than quite a few kids I know, but he's much further behind than them, and it seems like he's just more different to Jackson was as a baby? Obviously I know there are difference between each kid, but he just seems so different in his temperament (like whining when he's away from Ellie and things like that) and it seems like Ellie might be ignoring those concerns?

I don't know anything about developmental delays, but he does seem like he's been in the same stage for a while. It seems like Lincoln has caught up with Calvin with motor skills and communication skills.

I've kind of been feeling the same about Calvin's development but haven't wanted to comment because each child develops at a different pace, so I feel it's too early to judge. But, I fell down the YouTube wormhole yesterday and somehow ended up rewatching Jackson's 2nd birthday vlog, and honestly, Cal's not that far behind Jackson when he was that age. I think the difference between them is that Calvin has learned that he can get what he wants through whining, so he hasn't had much need to develop a vocabulary. (Off topic, but omg. I feel it's necessary to remind everyone how Jackson used to call the "minions" from Despicable Me, 'ninon'. So. Freaking. Cute!)

Also, E+J keep saying how "they /will/ be TTC", "when the time comes", etc. It's been bothering me so badly. Especially after Ellie said she'd like to be pregnant this year... What exactly are they waiting for? Does anyone have any ideas?
