Seriously. Where I'm from AC is considered a luxury NOT a staple. I actually know very few people who have it. We had a 95 degree night with insane humidity the other night and all we had was a fan...I hardly considered it a bad day or a "day for the books" as Britney called it

Most houses near me have some form of A/C. Our house is lovely looks wise but has no A/C whatsoever and where I'm from our summers are HOT, easily reaching the equivalent of 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Like yeah it's unpleasant but it sure isn't the end of the world.... have a cold shower, buy some fans etc.
