The whole time I was watching the video I was laughing to myself... what if they are moving to Canada. Lmao Vanessa would make such a huge deal out of something so minimal. (Obviously I know Canada isn't an option. It just sounds hilarious.)

I doubt she moved internationally. She is way to introverted and awkward to leave her mom and cousin.

Because Lillian is her given name, Lily is her nick name. Schools go by a first name most of the time unless there's another child in the class with the same name..

Most schools will go with the given name on their birth certificate unless otherwise noted by a parent. However, with names that are usually shortened (like Lillian,Elizabeth,Christoper etc...) we always ask the parent what they would like their child to be called. That way,name tags labels, everything is consistent and what they are used to. I feel like in this situation the school started with Lillian and V never corrected them for whatever reason...
