Kyson weaned around the time she got pregnant with Landen, Kaden weaned not long after Landen was born IIRC, and Landen weaned not long after she got pregnant with Addelyn.

Yup, definitley credit, but still, how do you buy everyday necessasities, with 5-sometimes 7 children and effectively pay off huge loans (without stretching it until the end of your life), while the only income ranges around 7000 from one parent? Do we even know if this is with, or without tax? I really don't want to walk in her shoes.Shawn2011 wrote:They can live the way they do on $7000 a month because they likely pay for everything with credit. They for sure have a mortgage and 2 car loans, and I would bet that they also paid for the renovations on credit.Captain Smooth wrote:Who cares if they look different from april? Ok, to me it's official, Addy is in a cute babystage But man, didn't they just buy a doublestroller for disneyland? What happened to that? With all the packages they get delivered every week and the stuff they buy at the stores, let alone the housework they did, you couldn't possibly pay all of that with 7000+ a month, at this spending rate.
Re: Jesssfam: These Boobs Are Made For Flashing (Part 101)
That's what I was thinking. I can understand feeling the need to keep your intro for your videos sort of up to date but all of the pictures around your house? The point of them is to be able to look back sentimentally, not represent exactly what your kids look like in this moment.DoodleBop wrote:I thought the whole point of taking a photo was capturing that moment in time. So you can look back on your child at that age. Oh they've already changed since then. That's the point.

If I wanted to know what my kid looked like right at this very moment I'd look at her. loldoggo wrote:That's what I was thinking. and in eastern countries, by 6 the kid already has younger breastfed sibling (s) and is long not considered a baby anymoremydietsucks_1 wrote:I dont disagree with you, but ''most countries"? That sounds factually untrue, especially if we are talking about westernized countries.SunnyLove wrote:I just have to say, that breast milk will always have diesease fighting substances that protect baby and child. Just because they get older doesn't mean the breast milk "goes bad" I'm still nursing my THREE year old. And not for my own selfish reasons, my daughter loves cuddling up to me and she takes comfort in it.
I also would like to add she hardly ever gets sick. So. Yes, breastfeeding beyond a certain age can still be benificial.
In most countries women are nursing their 6 year olds-just sayin.

Eh I'd say they pay SOME things cash, but not the car or their bigger purchases, they probably pay the lowest amount each month. Remember when she actually SAVED money for that van she got after Landen?Shawn2011 wrote:They can live the way they do on $7000 a month because they likely pay for everything with credit. The whole "most countries" is basically a slightly less offensive version of "but in Africa..." skimming very close to the whole noble savage argument people fall back on in breastfeeding debates.

That was me. I didn't say you were wrong, I said keep track of weight gain and wet diapers to know if your baby is getting enough. You told me I was wrong lmao. I said it can be normal for a newborn to just be on the boob constantly and you came in saying it's not normal and supplementing is necessary. I'm not a cult like breastfeeder. I know those types hahah that's not me. Anyway just clearing that up.Kitina13 wrote:I got told I was so wrong [tisk tisk lol] recently for suggesting is NOT normal for a newborn to nurse every 45 minutes and that supplementing might be required because that sounds like baby is not satisfied. They're like it's completely normal to BF every 45 minutes I'm like really that's like 30 times a day. Breastfeeding recently has become very cult like. Heaven forbid you suggest it isn't always perfect or that you point out they've over exaggerated their claims to make it sound more special. This coming from someone who's BF a child into toddlerhood.
Being an older mom I compare this to cloth diapers. We did it. It was a thing. We moved on with our lives. Then it became cool and all of a sudden they've made it SO complicated. Seriously triple washes. Essential oils etc etc. It collects poop it's not rocket science calm down.
How long did Jessica breastfeed the twins and Landon? Just curious were they super old when they weaned?[/quote]
There were several people commenting it wasn't you.

Don’t forget her Payless, Disney, and other various sponsorships which many YouTubers have claimed “pays more than YouTube”Captain Smooth wrote:Yup, definitley credit, but still, how do you buy everyday necessasities, with 5-sometimes 7 children and effectively pay off huge loans (without stretching it until the end of your life), while the only income ranges around 7000 from one parent? And Jess, unlike some other youtubers, has a good amount of sponsors.

Re: Jesssfam: These Boobs Are Made For Flashing (Part 101)
I think she could definitely make a few thousand a month just from sponsors.
Re: Jesssfam: These Boobs Are Made For Flashing (Part 101)
How much do you think she spends eating out every month, though?
Re: Jesssfam: These Boobs Are Made For Flashing (Part 101)
This toxic sanctimommy shit regarding breast feeding, diapering, diet, discipline, etc., is one of the main reasons I don't want kids. It's so goddamn over the top now that social media is a thing. If you're not a purist, people from all over from the depths of the internet come at you with fire and fury. You have super strict parents, and then you have 'no-school' parents who think their children will teach themselves into a GED, you have homeschooling parents who refuse to teach science from anything but a biblical perspective, you have kids breastfed into elementary school -- opening them up to name calling from classmates and used as a prop as being the ultimate mom among extremist BF-ing mommy groups, you have anti-vaxxers and delayed-vaxxers, super eco-conscious people, others who completely disregard modern medicine and think that the pseudo-science of essential oils and black garlic can cure cancers and their child's flu.DoodleBop wrote:I got told I was so wrong [tisk tisk lol] recently for suggesting is NOT normal for a newborn to nurse every 45 minutes and that supplementing might be required because that sounds like baby is not satisfied. You go on Facebook on one of these articles 98% of these moms are still breast-feeding their kids at 4, 5, 6, 7and they jump down your throat for even suggesting to wean them off. You’d be surprised how many of them are out there.DoodleBop wrote:I thought the whole point of taking a photo was capturing that moment in time. So you can look back on your child at that age. Breast milk provides passive immunity in the digestive tract as long as the child eats breast milk which protects them from things they'd get via the digestive tract. This is not to be confused with active immunity so yes vaccinate your breastfed children. As for anecdotes well my baby has never been sick are just that anecdotes. You'll find many people [myself included] who's formula fed child got sick far less than her breastfed one. Imagine that.

It's fucking crazy.
I don't know when parenting became this delusional, bordering on straight up fanaticism for someone's preferred view of extremist parenting. I'm sure there were always these sects, but social media has given some of these dangerous (others are just ridiculous to me, but not dangerous) views a platform, and people take these influencers as gospel. I think social media is just going to get more toxic over time. It's really a growing ground for craziness.

yeah some ppl on fb are bat shit crazy about the parenting thing. The ones who really get on my nerves are the anti vaxx and homeschooling ones, always thinking their high school dropout selves somehow know better than the university degreed doctors and teachers or that they're all lying because they want to harm their kids. No one cares about your kids, do you know how many of them a doctor or a teacher see in their career? Good lord.
For centuries woman have breastfed babies and used cloth diapers because there weren't disposable diapers at that time and they did not make a big deal about it or felt the need to show the world how special they are for doing it. Many of them even sewed their kids' clothes. As someone else said here not too long ago, they just did it and moved on with their lives. Now if a woman bf or vaginally birthed or gave her kid a hot beverage because he has a cold they smh think all of social media needs to know.

I feel like that Jess is bullshiting about her phone being on it last leg. I think Jess likes going out and just blowing money. Also what phone do y'all think she'll get? I see her getting the Iphone X.
Re: Jesssfam: These Boobs Are Made For Flashing (Part 101)
She already had the 7 plus, which is pretty new. I wouldn't be surprised if she had to have the newest thing and get an 8 plus or an x though.georgiapeach19 wrote:I feel like that Jess is bullshiting about her phone being on it last leg. Funny, but I just had a flashback to a very similar conversation that was had about Daily Bumps a few years ago. Dear God, I hope Jess is not headed in their directionShawn2011 wrote:They can live the way they do on $7000 a month because they likely pay for everything with credit.
