Heck, she's really ballooned out. No wonder there's been speculation of PPD. Myka was so obsessed with her body before.

Re: Myka Stauffer: Adopt a kid, buy a dog (part 2)
What the actual fuck...Myka probably never should have admitted that to the internetSorn wrote:House tour continued.
Myka says Huxley room is still bare because he used the nightstand to climb on and try to climb out of the room over the baby gate. What the fuckkkkkkkk. I'm sorry this is just not right. Locking your autistic child in his room during the daytime, which we have seen many times, is disgusting. It's different than closing the door. If it were at night time for his own safety I might understand. But she does it during the day too. Why does he need to be locked up? He can hear and see the rest of the household and probably wants to join in, no wonder he wanted to climb out! If he doesn't want to sleep or be alone, why can't he go outside of his room Myka? He literally has zero toys or activities. If he wants to be alone and chooses to be in his room great but why must you lock him away!?!?!?!?!? It's not much different than what they do to the kids in the China orphanages....lock them up when they they are an inconvenience or don't have a caregiver. Who cares if you are filming a video myka and he comes out. The Kids should come first! If you can't take care of them stop having them all. Ffs there is not even a stuffed animal for him to cuddle in there!!!!

She surly needs to choke down her pride and give Huxley to a 24/7 facility where he won’t be locked in and actually have compassionate people take care of him, so he isn’t “sloth” from goonies

There is something so creepy about her. Her horrible vocabulary makes me cringe. She has "arbitrary pillows" and needs time to "decompose" LMAO, i think you mean 'decompress'. Every video i've ever seen of hers she uses words incorrectly. Is she still home schooling?
Re: Myka Stauffer: Adopt a kid, buy a dog (part 2)
I agree. That shaved-on-the-sides style, sometimes with the top too long is a gross style in my opinion. I don't think I've seen anyone who looks attractive with it, even people I formerly thought were attractive.grapesandbeans wrote: ↑Wed Apr 17, 2019 1:43 pm They need to stop giving those boys utterly ridiculous haircuts, especially Huxley with his darker hair. IT DOES NOT LOOK NICE MYKA AND JAMES. Give them some normal haircuts and stop Shaving their heads so it's basically bare skin on the sides

For someone with sensory issues, that would be a horrible haircut. Really really short hair is like prickles against the scalp, especially when touching a pillow or carseat or the back of a chair. Just another horrible decision, especially for Hux.
I'm thinking he would have been better off with the foster family in China he was placed with before Myka and James adopted him. The language issue (to an English-speaking environment) has been huge for him, especially since it didn't seem to occur to Myka or James to learn a few Chinese words to make SOMETHING familiar and comforting to him.

Their house is so clinical. For a household with 4 young children there is no colour or pictures to help engage their imaginative play.
Also, maybe if they tried using a picture board Huxley may be able to communicate his needs/wants easier. Pictures of the potty, TV, outside, his bed and happy, sad and tired faces.

Sanemama, at some stage myka claimed to be learning Chinese however we all know how WONDERFUL myka is at following through with things. Plastic free lifestyle? Ah yea I'll do it but then use a plastic straw for each of my kids every time we go out which is very often. Vegan? Nope. Learning Chinese? Nope.

That is such a great idea, I hope myka sees this and goes for it. I won't even be mad if she pretends it's her ideaPina wrote:Their house is so clinical. For a household with 4 young children there is no colour or pictures to help engage their imaginative play.

Lol, I’m surprised that Myka and Tara aren’t friends, they seem to share the whole dumb blonde disease. The two could totally decompose together while ignoring there challenges with the less favored childrenwasteoftime wrote:There is something so creepy about her. The picture board would have for sure been brought up if he was getting therapy. As well as one with all the emotions.
There's a very sad and interesting video on YouTube called "China's Autistic Children" by SBS dateline. If you haven't watched it you should.

I don't think she listens to his therapists and believes she knows better.grapesandbeans wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2019 8:45 am The picture board would have for sure been brought up if he was getting therapy. As well as one with all the emotions.

They still haven't revealed the 'amazing' treatment they had sourced which was going to help make Huxley 'his best self'. I think there is probably a reason why this doctor/therapist is the only one willing to give the treatment/procedure to someone under 18 years old. It's actually never been mentioned again.

She’s got zero follow through! But this time I think it might be for the best, it it was going to be ECT, poor little HuxPina wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2019 9:05 amI don't think she listens to his therapists and believes she knows better.grapesandbeans wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2019 8:45 am The picture board would have for sure been brought up if he was getting therapy. Anyone else think she’s got serious Attention deficit? Take your meds girl
Re: Myka Stauffer: Adopt a kid, buy a dog (part 2)
She also has a martyr complex and personality disorder.... Maybe she should be investing money into her own therapy as well as Huxley's!!Here_2_talk wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2019 9:54 amShe’s got zero follow through! She has no sense of style or decorating. All the rooms on the first floor is kids stuff. It's just 2 much kid stuff and pottery barn geez. Nice house but decorated not well.vpj wrote:I'm sorry....did she just upload a house tour video for a house we see in every single one of their videos??? She must really be running out of ideas.

Can’t afford lash extensions and a kitchen remodel OR clothes for her kids, but can afford Sisley products!! I just can’t get over the lies!

It’s not even her saying she can’t afford lash extensions, it’s more about her constantly being a hypocrite and contradicting herself saying they don’t have the budget for this and that and seeing pictures of the kids in clothes that clearly don’t fit them, then you see all her beauty products and expensive clothes and expensive house, cars, makeup, etc.. I don’t understand how she can think her viewers are so dumb to not notice the stuff we notice..
