I used to live East Liverpool unfortunately they don’t have public transportation. They have a shitty taxi service that’s ridiculously expensive. (Tri-state taxi)

I don't think the tattoo is badly done, i was surprised it was as good as it was actually... It's not my style preference for ink either, but it is classic and well executed. Better than that teacup trash she got that was supposed to be the same style.
