Umm no girl. We're all flourishing as she's barely had progress. In the 7/8 years I've followed her I've graduated hs and almost done with college, moved out on my own, met my soulmate (I don't have any major stuff but I'm nearly at my career while she will never have a career)

If that’s the case, she’s fucked without insurance. Root canals are hundreds, as well as extractions. Idk if kids would be cheaper but at my office, a single tooth extraction (with no insurance) is $400. Caps are also very expensive.

You can't treat them like retards or below you and unfortunately I don't see how Tayler's stubborn personality would work in this scenario. You need to be able to meet them at _their_ level. If Tayler is not even meeting her kids at their level.. Yeah, nope nope nope.
