Yes. Vanessa has always played up the cosmetic reasons more, which bugs me. I think we know why she wanted it done. But Lily's neck was so tight the mobility wasn't good, and would probably get even worse as she got older. There was medical justification for doing it.

Wait, but Vanessa is hardly with Lily. She's either at school or was with Nona. Doesn't Aria spend far far more time with B? So I'm not sure how I'd rate the # of trips B has gone on vs V.

There was but it wasn't V's reason that's what makes me so angry about this whole thing!! Always trying to hide it behind her hair, there is a coldness when it comes to V with Lily that I just can't shake it's like she feels obligated to mother her not because she wants to and it's coming out the wrong way!:(

Yeah if it was purely cosmetic (not on Vanessa's end) her insurance would not have covered the surgery.

Is it me or does Charlie look like a very weak/unstable baby? I know nothing about babies but that crawling video didn't exactly scream '100% ok'

Maybe constipation? My baby's pediatrician recommends me to give him 2 oz juice when he's really backed up.

He's definitly not crawling yet, but he's very close. Give it another week or two haha

Yeah, Charlie isn't crawling yet like she wants to say he is. He is close tho. I dk why she is in such a hurry.

And I would have elected to have the neck surgery if it were my child too, even if I was purely cosmetic. Because you know that Lily would always be so insecure about it and have low self esteem bc of it. I know kids can be mean and find anything to tease about, but why hand it to them on a silver platter? If it can be fixed, why not fix it so she doesn't have to endure that kind of blow to her self confidence? It hurts to have such low self esteem and I wouldn't want that for my daughter.
