Thought this was an interesting video... Dont actually like this youtuber a ton but the video itself is interesting in sharing how youtubers make money but also in the beginning she talks about how the msot important thing is engagement. so If you leave comments, even negative ones, you are actually helping the youtuber.

haha I flt funny watching the video when I had already seen the house.... It is a decent size. Would literally be perfect if it had a basement where they could add one or two bedrooms and have a playroom. I dont care at all if kids have to share or have small rooms/house but I do think a designated toy space is vital to keep everything organized and not have the rooms become dumps. So that will be tricky... Noticed she called what I assumed to be the dining room an extra living area... that will be interesting.... I hate the floors with such a passion, that house would look amazing with hardwood and the wooden trim painted but seeing as her moms was all tile I am assuming she will leave it like that.

Ok.....i gotta admit, as outdated as that house is, I am still jealous. I would love to have that house for my family of 6. Oh the possibilities!!! It has a lot of potential but knowing Jess, she will never do anything worthwhile with it.

I'm actually happy for them, that they bought a home. That's an accomplishment for any one.

With that said I hope they stick Chris's boys in a room with Jess's boys when they come to visit because the thought of an unused room (for majority of the time) makes me think wtf....

There are definitely really cool ways to make small spaces work. Decor is a huge passion of mine so I see her house and all I think of is how much potential it has!
That little closet under the stairs would be an adorable reading nook/homework space for the bigger kids.... or they could make it a "grocery store/kitchen" play area.
I pray she utilizes all the potential that house has.

It's a nice sized home for them. I really hope they follow through with updating as the house has a ton of potential. I would do hardwood all throughout where the tile is. I hate that tile with a passion. It's so ugly.

Ugh that house needs SOOO much work.. like it pretty much needs to be gutted, like her calling the little mirror in her bathroom a nice touch? You're keeping that??
Honestly normally I wouldn't come off as so rude but she has made so much money with YouTube if she was going to buy a cheaper house, why wouldn't she save for renos too?
Those floors ugh, idk why but tile scares me more than hardwood. I can just picture someone smacking their head.
Idk I like that she finally got a house, I just wish she had been smarter about it I guess?
Also she has GAINED SO MUCH WEIGHT. She looks pregnant still.
You can tell she isn't healthy

I personaly wouldn't care if she ended up not renovating any part of that house. They have made lot of their big decisions including house, car based on youtube money, it would be wise to get of these debts faster. I would hate to see her defaulting mortgage and have to support her huge family.

Yep! I think that house has good bones, and COULD MAYBE work long term, but it needs to be renovated sooo bad and who knows if she will ever do it.
