-Tommy and Caden have returned to SoCal to await the arrival of their baby sister through their mother
-Jess and Chris took the 5 they usually have to Utah to see Kyra and Oscar (Oskar?) from OKBaby

Kyra looked like she had a headache the whole time and from the whole excuse of what just explained about her only being able to do it that week, even though every other week in the summer they're probably just going to spend it at Target where that stupid water park, I'm guessing the Jessica's the one who begged her to let them stay there. I would have told her that she needed to discipline her children or she could have stayed at a hotel but that's just me.

That is true 99% of the time. In Colorado if both parents have their rights to the child then they need the others permission to take the child out of state, if not passed a certain amount of miles, if they don’t receive that permission and they take the child anyway they can be charged with kidnapping. Even if it’s different in CA considering Chris only has like 5% custody I’m assuming it was planned from the beginning that the boys wouldn’t go.

Oh snap really!!! It would make sense.

My parents had me week on week off and I DREADED my time with a certain parent sometimes.

I can’t imagine being overwhelmed all summer by jess and the mess.

Tho every 2 weeks must be confusing for the boys. The change in rules must be hard to keep up with. Schedules work best when you stay on them
