DailyForgottenFinn (Part 75)

Unread post by MamaJoAnna »

Part 74 http://ytmommadrama.com/viewtopic.php?f=188&t=10000

Previously:
-Bryan released his single "Idaho" and it only made it to #98 on an iTunes chart before it completely flopped
-Video released and it's the dumbest thing I've ever seen
-Missy planned a bunch of parties
-Kelsey and Corbin are having a girl
-Finn turned 1 and got maybe half the attention Ollie got
-Massive Halloween party and Jake and the Neverland Pirates Halloween special
-Ollie is still spoiled
-Finn is still the "who's that" child
-Karma and Zuri and the chickens are rarely seen
-Missy had her birthday where she got a piano and a flagpole

Continue.
RIP Dad - 09/30/2017

So much respect for poor Jimmy for having to put on these costumes and act badly for the vlogs.

Omg I thought the person who said "ahoyden" was just joking. Hahaha. Wow. It really happens! And now I can't wait to continue watching because Jimmy looks hilarious.

Does anyone know if his internship is done and he's moved back?

I couldn't answer in the last thread since it was locked, but yes you have to agree to treatment in school for speech therapy. I don't remember having to agree to an eval though.

I think I would have more respect for Jimmy if he stood up to them and didn't do these things. I know he is crazy for Ollie though.

This title is so spot on, unfortunately :( maybe when Finn will be old enough to 'perform' for the camera Bryan will start giving him more attention which is very sad...

I still want to know why Ollie adds 'den' to everything. It just doesn't make sense to me...I understand kids usually mispronounce so much, especially that young, but adding the same thing to the end of most words? It's so strange...

Finished watching lol. It was cute. I can see it on YouTube Kids being a big hit. Ollie's speech is terrible. I can see why it's the main topic now.

I would haaaate having to stand next to Natalia when they dress up. She always looks incredible!

Probably because they chop the "g" off "-ing" words. "Ea-in" "playin" "watchin" and they aren't very good with enunciating... he probably added the "d" in there to make it easier for himself to say certain words, so it's stuck.

I could understand if there Was a word that was said to him constantly that ended in 'den' but there isn't. Wonder if it's his hearing/ears?

I've been saying for months I think he has some hearing loss.
My now 7 yo daughter had a hard time talking around 2 & we had her evaluated & it turns out she needed hearing aids.
We had a speech therapist come to the house until she turned 3 & then she had to go to a special school for deaf & hard of hearing children at 3 & 4 but she was able to go to the main stream school at 5.
She still has speech once a week and wears her hearing aids but she is doing great!
We are in Florida and EVERYTHING was covered. Even her first set of hearing aids were free!
I don't see them not wanting to offer every opportunity to their precious Ollie, now if they ignored finn's speech problem, I could understand it because they ignore that sweet boy anyway!
Too busy sticking their heads up their own butts!

What's worst about Jimmy is that he's obviously VERY shy and awkward, imo. I think they may have even mentioned over a year ago that he isn't in the vlogs much/doesn't talk much when he is because he's shy. I could have made that up, idk.

But anyway, he's obviously pretty shy and they probably force him to dress up in these ridiculous costumes and do some horrible, embarrassing acting. It makes me feel so bad for him :| It's great when you're shy to get out of your comfort zone because it really helps, but it's too much lol. You're supposed to go to a party and realize you're having a good time, not have to act like an alien or parrot and have it broadcast over the internet. That shit just makes you want to curl up and die.

I agree with you 100%. I'm shy/awkward too and I can't imagine acting in youtube videos that millions of people will watch! It takes guts to do that, so props to Jimmy! Hopefully he will be free of Missy's controlling ways soon.

Bryan retweeted this so even he is acknowledging the -den issue but seems to think it's cute. Maybe last year it could pass as a cute kid thing but definitely not anymore. I'm sure the minions love it though and that's all that matters...

To the person above who said he needs his hearing tested, excellent theory! That could very well be part of the issue. Think of the "horror" if their golden child had to wear hearing aids...it probably be like how EJ hid Calvin's neck brace. It's all about vanity and appearances for them. I hope he goes to preschool next year with Peyton and ends up getting tested, his parents may not be concerned but I am sure his teachers will be.

Agree with you both. I bet being at that internship in Chicago over the summer was the most freedom and peaceful time of his life. I do feel bad for him, he's so awkward and shy and doesn't need to dress up like this at all,but he knows how much Ollie loves it.

Ollie adding den to everything is just a kid thing! A lot of kids go through adding/replacing words. Speech pathologist told me it's normal for kids to say things like doo for zoo for example.

The problem is they don't even correct his speech. My 3yr old is a bit delayed on speech and we always correct him. He was always saying yay for yes. Or yoooy. Now he says yes because we were on it. Some times it doesn't matter how much you spend with a child, some children are just delayed in speech. But it's how Missy & Bryan have handled it. They haven't been to see a specialist to see IF he is a bit behind with speech and even worse, they don't correct him. Ever.

I have no issues with Jimmy. He seems like the normal one in the family. And Jim. I think he is just shy and you can tell he loves Ollie & Finn. I remember in the early days he hated being on camera but obviously he had to get over it thanks to money hungry B&M.

And the topic for this thread is so accurate. I was going to come and post, once again another vlog picture where the main subject is Ollie. It's always bloody Ollie. Finn is at such a cute fun age now. If it was a one off, whatever. But it's not. It's always bloody Ollie. Same as the other day I noticed he was playing with Finn's ship and because of how possessive Ollie is, I would be making sure he knows that is Finn's but it's always.. your toy room. Your toys. etc.

Watching the vlog now and I do love to make posts compiled of my thoughts so ;)

It scares me how much I couldn't understand Ollie. I could understand a few words, of course, but the majority was just gibberish...I know he's a kid and each kid has their pace, but I've known a lot of 3 year olds and can understand most of what they say. I'm sure he'll catch up eventually, but it's still a little worrying. But him going, "Hi, Smeeeeee" was sort of cute...he may be a spoiled brat, but he's still a cute kid.

You know Missy's not an actress because her Tinkerbell was sugar sweet. Meanwhile, Tink is actually supposed to be a jealous bitch hahahaha. She couldn't act like that around Ollie though

FINN IS THE CUTEST CROCODILE. But I do agree, Ollie killing him was weird and a little uncomfortable...but can I say, Ollie is pretty good at following acting directions for his age? lol

"What has no legs, but slithers on the ground." Poor Jimmy got stuck with the worst riddle

I'm going to have nightmares of Bryan wearing that wig and hitting on me or s/t for the rest of my life. Also, all the sex noises when everyone was freed from the ropes...I'm crying.

^^ I completely agree with you. I could not understand him at all. It's amazing what a few speech appointments can actually do for a child's speech. With all their $$ you'd think they would have done it a looong time ago. Especially so their precious Ollie is perfect. But then again they probably don't want to admit it.

What also bothers me.. is how Bryan said, Ollie gets Finn's candy. Why? Because he is young and can't eat it? Heck they give him so much crap anyway! But this is WHY Ollie is so spoilt & doesn't share and thinks everything is his. How about not even mention that and mum &dad get Finn's? Not saying Ollie get Ollie gets Finns. :| :|

Yessss. Obviously since Finn is so young, I don't think he should have a LOT of candy, but neither should Ollie lol. But they've already been feeding him chicken wings and cake...he can eat the candy no problem. It would be a different story if he was, like, 6 months old, but he is old enough to eat some candies.

I don't see how Ollie isn't overweight, to be honest. I know kids are active and energized, but all he eats is junk...lots of activity doesn't always help when you're eating so terribly all the time. You would think he'd be at least a little chubby.

I'm surprised they got him to do and repeat so much. I wonder how long that all took to film.
