Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't missy a hp fan? I remember her receiving a hp book and bryan calling her a nerd.

Nah that would be too much planning ahead. They'll just buy onehoneybear wrote:they bought oliver toy dragons after visiting harry potter.... can this kid go one day without getting a present? thats so ridiculous. I'm convinced they brought an empty suitcase with them just so they'll have room to bring back all the garbage they keep buying

What's to be happy when you are in a foreign country where nobody speaks your language?!francis3125 wrote: Missy seem so bored and not happy to be there.
You can't have any proper food, you just spent 3+ hours in a train full of common people, you have to wait in queues to see "culture"!
At Bryan's photo with "Monna Lisa" it looked like he implied he is the most famous picture in the world and "Monna" just happened to be in the background.
Re: Daily Typhoid Lannings (Part 76)
I was cringing at today's vlog. They were in a different country, but they had to eat the same breakfast in their hotel room again! It's clear that they don't want to interact with people at all. How easy would it have been to walk down the street and find someplace to eat breakfast? No, I don't mean Starbucks or Krispy Kreme! They are wasting even the smallest opportunities to try something new.
And I don't want to hear the, "Missy is an introvert" excuse. I'm an introvert and I generally dislike talking to strangers LOL but when I'm in a new city, I actually enjoy talking to people because it helps me get the lay of the land! Locals give the absolute best tips on how to enjoy their city! And if I feel like I embarrassed myself (a common worry for introverts) I know I will never ever see that person again! Missy and Bryan, however, have to keep their family _trapped_ in the hotel room, eating waffles again! That should be the title for the Playlist of this vacation: TRAPPED IN A HOTEL ROOM FOR AN ENTIRE LONDON TRIP

Re: Daily Typhoid Lannings (Part 76)
As usual...Missy was off in the corner pretending to watch Finn while Bryan gave Ollie the grand tour....I'll bet she was on her phone the entire time. Her speaking about the butter beer ice-cream had me cringing....like "pronounce" your words Missy!!
Re: Daily Typhoid Lannings (Part 76)
I don't know if Missy just can't hide her boredom or if she wasn't trying to. Geez, try to act a little less annoyed. It was obviously a big deal for Bryan to see all of the HP stuff.
Re: Daily Typhoid Lannings (Part 76)
I was wondering how Ollie got "bitch" from Paris, but then I realized it was Missy whispering in his ear. It must have sounded like "par-ith". Between Ollie's undiagnosed speech issues, and Missy's lisp, she really shouldn't be the one feeding him lines. Sorry I'm not sorry if its mean, but it continues to bother me that Bryan said it was ok for Ollie to tell people they have funny accents when his son has some sort of speech or hearing issue, and his wife has a speech impediment!

I thought Bryan was actually likeable while going around the HP lot. He wasn't showing off and he seemed so excited to be there. I feel bad for him that Missy couldn't even try to be happy for him. She looked miserable.
Re: Daily Typhoid Lannings (Part 76)
I hope they go to Italy next year.
"Guys, we left Italy to go see Rome."
"Leaning tower of pizza."
"I packed some white bread and plain muffins, because I don't know what kind of food there is in Italy." "Babe, they'll have no-key."
"We're in Venice and I'm spoooo tempted to drink from the canals. Should I do it?"

Re: Daily Typhoid Lannings (Part 76)
As far as the Harry Potter tour, it's obvious that Bryan was having a good time, but Missy was not having it _at all_. I can understand that Bryan must have wanted to take Ollie (Finn who?) but why did Jim and Suzanne have to go? I'm almost certain they were even less interested in the tour than Missy! Oh, that's right, they had to go because Bryan and Missy can't handle their two kids on their own! It's a shame because the family spent the _whole day_ at HP. I'm sure Jim and Suzanne would have preferred to do something else in London! Or, why couldn't Bryan go to HP by himself - since he was the only one interested - and let everyone else do their own thing for the day? This just shows how self centered Bryan is to occupy the family's whole day with something they didn't want to do. I hope Jim and Suzanne got to plan at least some of the itinerary for this trip, but I highly doubt it.

Bryan: "I'm wearing Ravenclaw robes because let's face it - I'm a Ravenclaw"
Best moment of the vlog. Especially after all the "clever" things he has said during this trip.

Re: Daily Typhoid Lannings (Part 76)
Seriously they don't seem at all excited to be in London! I think this trip was to show off and they are just so numb to everything !
I can see why Bryan was truly excited about HP because that's all he read when he was bullied by his step dad.
I just want to know why they couldn't travel alone as a family? Why do they need the in laws? Sad.
Still feels like they are in LA. I want to see historical things and talking to the people who live there! Idk. They just seem so blah about this big trip! I would be in awe if I were there!

Seriously! Go to a pub and eat bangers and mash. It's sausage and potatoes -- what's not to like? Talk to the people. It's fun! I met some really great people in pubs in England and Wales.sammibro wrote:I was cringing at today's vlog. I totally agree that they had no desire for a meetup. That would take time out from sitting around drinking hot chocolate and seeing what _Bryan_ wants to see.

Hey, dont insult Hufflepuffs! I'm a Hufflepuff lol. Bryan's a Ravenclaw because he paid the sorting hat to let him in.

First off, I'm a Hufflepuff, so I hope you didn't mean it as an insult.fossilfinger wrote:He's totally a Hufflepuff.agneseru wrote: Bryan: "I'm wearing Ravenclaw robes because let's face it - I'm a Ravenclaw" Best moment of the vlog. Secondly, I think that Missy is a Slytherin, but it's hard to say for sure about Bryan. One thing for sure, he's definitely not a Rawenclaw.

Someone who is well traveled can "show the world" to someone else. He's never been there either so they are experiencing it as a family, he isn't showing it to them. What a try-hard loser.lmmomSD wrote:He actually spelled Mona Lisa wrong. I am so ill.

ETA I was right. They're running from tourist attraction to tourist attraction. Eiffel Tower, check. Mona Lisa, check (who cares that there are thousands of other paintings in the Louvre) Notre Dame, check. "I love showing my family the world" WTF? You're showing them monuments and conspicuous consumption. Not the world. Are you interacting with anyone?
