When Bryan said her body was kicking into high gear, she was a 3-4cm and 90% effaced.

She was 4 cm dilated at 11 pm? Dang! Is that really high gear, Bryan?

She was already a 2!

Maybe she did go a c-section? However she did say that her Hosptial said she has to be in active labour within 24 hours, not deliver within 24. So she could still be going
