I would be weirded out if I visited a friend/family member’s house and they had an info sheet like this. It seems like a hotel interaction which is odd. There’s nothing personal about it.

Also, our Wi-Fi password is written on a sticky note on the inside of one of the kitchen cabinets. I guess I'm not a hostess with the mostest not having it framed & all.

well if you guys think about it she and justin moved in to that rental almost a year ago which means they either redo their rental agreement or they take the jump and buy a house there where their rental is. i remember her saying the reason they moved was because (well one of the 17 reasons she gave her viewers as to why they were moving) was that they "wanted to try it out first" and see if they liked the area and the neighborhood. so of course queen meg would find a way to sell a piece of paper for $2.........this must be one of her side businesses. i bet julie made them because surely an adult didn't come up with that.

I know her address - she's not on airbnb (yet) but there is someone else in her neighbourhood charging $90 a night... I don't know what hotels are like in America, but here in Australia I can get a budget motel room of my own for that cost!

No doubt Meg will want to charge a little more than her neighbour for the privilege of being able to stay they lodged with the (internet) famous Hickmans.
