Meet the Millers

Cute family with 4 kids and one on the way. The husband, Derek, is (or was) friends with Shay. Does anyone watch? Their kids are adorable.

I watch them. I can’t even believe Bre is pregnant again. I honestly was shocked. I swear they said they were 100% done after Cozy.

I was totally shocked as well. I didn't think they would have any more kids. I'm excited to see if it's a boy or a girl. Their kids are beautiful.

They really are cute kids. I love how they let Ember be herself and not force her into dressing a certain way.

I just love this family! No gimmicks and the kids are all so cute. I especially love the bond between Emmy and Cosy.

Nice to hear. I will give this family a go. - I will report back after I have binge-watched myself up-to date. :D

It’s a boy!

According to Bre’s Instagram he has some serious health problems. He has some abnormalities with his esophagus and it makes it impossible to eat and hard for him to breath :( he’s having surgery at a specialist hospital in the next few days. Poor little thing! I hope he pulls through.

I just watched the birth vlog and cried. How absolutely heartbreaking. I’m so glad he is home now and doing well.

It was one of the most emotional, beautifully made birth vlogs I’ve ever seen on YouTube! I cried when I saw the baby being blessed at the hospital and when Brielle started crying when she heard how sick Jensen was.

I followed them on Instagram throughout the whole process and they really glossed over how actually sick he was in the birth vlog.

I can’t believe how scary the situation has been with baby Jensen especially with his blue spells. I know the surgery went well but I saw that he’s since had another non-breathing episode and Bre was ready to do CPR before he started breathing on his own. How terrifying.

Oh, Phooey! I thought this was a family I follow. I watch "Grace for the Millers". 3 bio and 4 adopted kids.

Why do they always refer to Jensen as “the baby”

She just addressed this on her Instagram because apparently she was getting a lot of comments about it. Honestly I don’t have a lot of negatives to say about them and this is nitpicking but that drives me nuts! She said on insta it’s a term of endearment and she’ll probably always call him that because he’s the last and things like that. And that people think she’s saying it because she doesn’t want to bond with him because of his health issues. I think I’d feel differently if she was saying MY/OUR baby, not “the” baby. It does sound kind of cold, like they aren’t even talking about their own child. Clearly enough people noticed it and said something she felt the need to respond..

Anyways, I’ve been following since Jensen came home. Such an incredibly scary thing to deal with. I feel bad talking about them here because they seem really nice and are going through some really hard shit. I saw the Dad posted on Twitter that Jensen nearly required cpr again after coming home from the hospital after this last surgery. What I find super concerning is that Bree is the main caretaker and emotionally does not seem capable of doing cpr! That baby shouldn’t be left alone with anyone not fully trained and 1000% prepared to administer effective CPR. Thank God someone at that Chick fil A knew what they were doing that day day and saved him. I don’t necessarily blame her for freaking out and not being able to do it, but in his fragile state, you need to either be able to step up or keep someone capable with you at all times. I also side eye the hospital for not providing more training and equipment. I feel like they should have access to and training on how to use an Ambu bag, oxygen, some sort of life alert button, and however many more cpr classes it’s going to take until Bree feels more confident in her abilities. It’s like they got one class and were sent off with this baby who could stop breathing at any time...that’s horrifying for parents!! I hope the hospital has better prepared them with resources and education this one around.

They have oxygen and other medical equipment at home now. He also stopped breathing again last night. They post a lot on IG stories.

I like them, I feel horrible for them.

That’s good to know the hospital has set them up a little better this time, but heartbreaking to know he is still struggling. Which Instagram account do they post on?

What a hard, horrible place to be stuck in. I’m not sure what they are supposed to do... I’m a nurse so I’d feel a bit more comfortable myself but if I wasn’t an experienced medical professional, I’d feel so helpless and scared 24/7. They are going to have ptsd from this. I know they’re in the midst of trauma now but I hope they seek out counseling one day when he is more stable, this has to be taking such an incredible toll on them.
