Re: The Fitzgeralds.
I can't deal, shoving evening primrose oil up her fanny. I feel if she had many multiple children this advice would be more valid but she's had one! As some of you have said before each pregnancy is different she could have just been lucky with Cooper. Women try hundreds of things to bring on labour and then swear the thing they tried before they went into labour worked but it's inevitable regardless of what you try that kids coming when it's ready not when you drink obnoxious stork tea and shove vitamins up your cervix haaaa have the kid and get back to being likeable woman!

Re: The Fitzgeralds.
Ya none of those things induce labour, actually nothing does really, except what the dr does. They can only really “prep” your body for labour I guess. Your body is gonna go when it wants to go.
It’s horrible to say but I might giggle a little if she goes overdue. And by over due I mean just right to her due date. She’ll have spent 3 weeks thinking she’s in labor

Re: The Fitzgeralds.
It is so nice to see more faces around here discussing her crazy during pregnancy! I don't feel so alone! She is so much more likable when not pregnant. I want this kid to come so all of these stupid videos stop. We get it Lex, you are pregnant, and due very soon! But every day is an early labor video and it is too much.

YYYAAAAAASSSSSSS! Lol they bother me so much. It looks like she cuts them so they’re like that. I know she doesn’t, but they’re so thick, and just hang out lol. That would irritate the crap out of me.lizpuff2006 wrote:OK this is nitpicky but do her hair tails by her ears bother anyone else?

So, Miss Early Labor for the last 3 weeks is now trying to convince us she didn't want the baby to come early and she isn't over being pregnant.... Yeah, right.

Re: The Fitzgeralds.
I think so too. She seemed kind of embarrassed in the video while talking about being 39 weeks pregnant. She said something about finding it funny that baby girl is already doing things differently than Cooper. DUH! They are two different children! Kind of mind-blowing she expected to get Cooper 2.0 in the girl model.Toodles123 wrote:She probably reads here...here4thepopcorn wrote:So, Miss Early Labor for the last 3 weeks is now trying to convince us she didn't want the baby to come early and she isn't over being pregnant.... Re: The Fitzgeralds.
Shocking, i think she’s going to go right to her due date. She’s so bloody concerned with going early that it’s just gunna bite her in the ass.

Re: The Fitzgeralds.
I felt for her in her newest video. Due to my own experiences with loss I can really relate. What she said about feeling less movement now as compared to earlier is something that I myself obsess over. I am only 30 weeks so I am not in any way doing anything to go into labor of course but I know how she feels. Combined with how she has done things otherwise in the pregnancy ie going to the ER for less movement and using the doppler I think she is very very paranoid about losing her baby. The chances are low but they are there.
Even though she feels this way though she shouldn't be doing anything to try to rush things along. Letting that baby bake is the best thing she can do for her right now.

I agree with you completely I feel for her too, she's not a bad person and she is a great mum I've just been annoyed by the pregnancy advice haha

ForeverGauc01 wrote:I recently found them. I like their videos for the most part. Something caught me though. In her video about preparing for a new baby in their small apartment, she says they try to save as much as possible. Yet I’ve seen her hauls of stuff for the baby, that ya she probably gets on sale but it all adds up. Like that baby has so many unnecessary clothing items that she’ll never wear. Why not put that money aside and get something really nice and useful, or set it aside for a down payment. Although she said the area they’re in is very expensive so it doesn’t look like they’ll buy anytime.
I guess he’s a milk man, how much could he possibly make? Was she working before/after cooper?

Her baby haul was definitely over the top imo, newborn shoes? I mean they are super adorable if you Want to at least buy one, but first off they don’t walk and most of the time at least for me they would just fall off.

Re: The Fitzgeralds.
I don’t think it’s ever how you expect it to go, my first is more behaved then my youngest. They are two different people who will act and have two different personalities. Imo as a mom your never an “expert” especially when it comes to giving birth bc A) every pregnancy is different in some way or another and B) labor and birth can also be different. You my first birth was so different from my second. It doesn’t make you a pro just having one baby just as much as i don’t feel like a pro having two. These are just my thoughts thohere4thepopcorn wrote:I think she is going to be in for a world of surprise when W is born and life isn't how she pictured it to be. She thinks she is getting Cooper 2.0... That is rarely the case! I think she believes Cooper is an amazing kid because of her. As if people with difficult children cause it and not just luck and the personality the child was born with. I don't think the two kids sharing a room will end well. I will be shocked if they are still in that tiny apartment in a year.

Re: The Fitzgeralds.
Yes, I feel for her but at the same time I think she is going about it wrong. Her baby is safest inside her right now in my opinion. The scary part is when they are out of their protective womb in the real world. She should try and think of it like that. I think she's may be embarrassed with how anxious she was before. She got spoiled with having Cooper early.lizpuff2006 wrote:I felt for her in her newest video. Due to my own experiences with loss I can really relate. Re: The Fitzgeralds.
She is being kinda ridiculous though. I could understand that level of fear more if she had had a late still birth or was having a high risk pregnancy with something that majorly increased the risk of still birth...though if that were the case she would’ve been induced by now.
It just seems like an afterthought that all of a sudden it’s because she’s so scared, like she is just trying to justify her behavior now.
The safest thing for her baby is to just continue to do kick counts and wait for her to be ready to come on her own

Her miscarriage was at 6 weeks, which was unfortunate, but very common and usually due to chromosomal abnormalities. And, if I recall correctly, she found out she was pregnant by accident and only knew for a few days before learning the pregnancy wasn't viable. The miscarriage videos at the time really rubbed me the wrong way as if she had a late term miscarriage or stillbirth... it seemed to be extra dramatic for views. There is no reason she should be panicked that her prev miscarriage would have an effect on this healthy pregnancy that has gone to term. If she really wanted her baby safe, she would not have been so anxious to have her come at 36 weeks. Can a 36 weeker be totally fine? Yes, I was and had no problems. But they can also have respiratory issues from underdeveloped lungs. I am almost to the end of the 1st trimester in my first pregnancy. As an advanced practice nurse with knowledge of what can go wrong, I totally understand pregnancy anxiety. I have it even as a medical professional. She has been so on edge for the past month about this baby coming ANY SECOND that it is no wonder she finally broke emotionally. I am surprised she held out this long. I can only imagine the level of disappointment she has from thinking this baby was coming at 36 weeks to now be 40 weeks and still no baby. She just needs to breathe, relax, and take care of herself.
Also, I have never seen mean comments on her videos. I have seen people nicely say the baby should cook until its ready, but nothing hateful. I wouldn't say anything on here is hateful either. We are just tired of her pregnancy crazy. She is a fun and enjoyable youtuber to watch when she is not preaching about her perfect parenting and perfect pregnancy.

I think she does a lot of comment patrolling and deleting. She doesn't get too many comments so it might be easier for her to just delete and block.here4thepopcorn wrote:EXACTLY!MandyJ wrote:She is being kinda ridiculous though. I guess I respectfully disagree with a few of you. After my losses both of which were 2nd trimester losses I have anxiety this time around. I am 30 weeks and so far everything is ok but the start was rough. I had a bad SCH and bled a ton and the dr told me they didnt know if I would continue with the pregnancy. ANY loss is still a loss. And maybe some women handle theirs better than others. I don't like comparing things like this because obv losing a full term baby to stillbirth is not the same as a chemical pregnancy but to each woman her loss is real, it is crushing and it is hard to go thru. So I guess while I don't agree with rushing a baby to come out, I can totally get her anxiety
