Is this towards the end of the vlog? I find their "chats" and "kissy kissy faces too much to handle, so I just FF through those parts. They are truly one of the most boring couples around.I love watching the girls, but I could care less for what they have to say when they are sitting/laying in bed.

I think so, my 5 year old asked to watch so I wasn't sitting down the entire time.

I hate how they are always smooching, but I'm not a kissy kind of person. They always side eye the camera and its creepy. Look at us! We love each other!!!

I think this is why it bothers me. They don't seem to do it just because they love each other.....they are always looking at the camera as if to say "look, we DO love each other".

I've noticed that the things we mention here suddenly get woven into their increasingly boring vlogs, Mandi showing what shopping they bought yaaaaaaaaawn who actually cares what food they buy other than their little horde of hysterical followers lol

I'd love to hear them speak about being gay and how that affects their lives maybe or any struggles maybe that they have met , they have an ideal platform to speak positively about visibility etc but nope they are as quiet as mice about it. It feels like they are almost embarrassed by it

Maeve is always on-top in the double pram after we were all talking about her being on the bottom!

I hate that type of stroller. I practically lived at babies r us for the past 7 years (I'm devastated they're closing) and there are SO many double stroller configurations that don't make one child sit underneath the other. Even when you're using two car seats. Their type isn't even much of a space saver. The seats could be side by side and it would take up just as much space. Dana Schmoyer had a really nice stroller set up when her twins were infants.

So does Team2Moms/OliviaHas2Moms. They have twin boys. Bit surprised it took Tara and Mandi this long to realize their girls might want to be facing one another when they do things. We only have one, but she was fascinated with other children as a baby. Surprise, babies are tiny humans who enjoy interaction LOL.

I honestly think their religion holds them back from being as outspoken about issues as they could be, that's the only thing I can think of. I believe they are more on the conservative side. I was honestly surprised when they had books for lennon on having two moms like wow they actually do acknowledge it? lol but besides that they try to be as "straight" as possible.

What religion are they ? They seem to celebrate everything on the Callander lol, but yes they are the straightest gay women I've ever seen. Tara seems almost embarrassed and mandy I think if she had not met Tara would be married to a man and Tara would still just be angry and embarrassed by everything life has to offer

They had their girls baptised, so...whatever religion does that? I don't know anything about religion. Most religious people seem very conservative on YouTube though, I guess even the gay ones. The only thing they do is the odd kiss and Mandi constantly says "my wife" all day.

The way they go nuts for every single yearly event, is that pretty common there? I've never ever seen anyone decorate for anything other than Xmas or birthdays here. I didn't even know easter decorations were a thing! Everything seems so commercialised there.

Also find it odd they have a nice looking cake mixer, but everything they make comes as some sort of premix thing in a box.

What's with all the "their not gay enough" comments here recently? I get that our community still has a long way to go, but saying things like that doesn't do anyone any favors. They put their borings lives online for the world to see. People who are that "ashamed" of themselves wouldn't do that. Just because they don't live up to your expectations of what a gay person should be, doesn't mean they are doing it wrong. Why does our community do this to each other?

As for their religion, Tara said Rosa is an Italian surname. So they are most likely Catholic/Christian.

I'm sorry if I gave that impression. I don't think they aren't "gay enough", I just think that Americans come across so conservative so I'm not used to that (gay or not).

They need a play button for being the only YouTubers who have painfully gotten worse over the years. Most youtubers are somewhat boring/getting the hang of editing and end up making their editing and just overall better content. I don’t know what happened to living Rosa though how does Tara edit those vlogs everyday and think “yeah this is a good vlog to post”. I could name a million horrible/scary/painful& boring things I would rather do than sit through another video the post.
The old vlogs from before Lennon was born to about when Lennon was maybe 4/5 months old used to be a million times more entertaining and they seemed like they actually somewhat loved and enjoyed each others company.
Also is it just me or can anyone else not stand Lennon’s voice? Most 2 year olds have cute, soft sweet voices but hers is so raspy and deep or something. Plus I can hardly understand half of what she says. That poor girl.

That's a good point. I know those boxes save a lot of time but considering how often they bake, why don't they try switching things up and making things from scratch? They always make the same thigs and making things from scratch gives more chance for finding 'unique' recipes that could become a family tradition. Why am I kidding though, these two love being mainstream.

It's just the kid voice of hers I guess. It's like the kids from Britneyandbaby. They (and their father) talk like Kermit the Frog. It's something to be grown out of/changed when they start to get an accent.

as a gay woman myself, I wish they would acknowledge the gay community. idk, they just seem so...straight. I think being conservative has a lot to do with it, I know someone else brought up that a lot of american vloggers are conservative, which where I grew up I am not used to.

also, why couldn't they have ordered the twins a kids meal to share, I'm sure they would have liked some mac and cheese or some cut up chicken!! but nope, more mush for them. Of all the babies I've looked after by eight months old they would be having cut up veggies/fruit and meat for lunches, not mush in a pouch.

I apologise if I caused any offence with my post about them not using their platform to promote more positive gay visibility within society, it wasn't meant to upset anyone it was just my opinion, as a gay woman I just find it odd that they never ever mention it even in passing. That was all xx

Surely those babies need some decent protein and iron? I'm not saying anything against vegetarians and vegans AT ALL, but this is not a vegetarian family. They enjoy meat. Why aren't they giving the babies any meat?? They are almost 9 months old...they will be 3 and still having purées at this rate.

As a gay woman and mother myself, I see why people think they aren't "gay enough". Other vloggers like Team2moms/oliviahas2moms who cover a lot of LGBTQ topics.
My opinion is that Tara and Mandy don't cover those topics, or cover them as often because at the end of the day they are just a little family of 5 who happen to have two moms. Their kids are also small so they would still live inside their own little bubble of family & friends that just see and accept their family for what it is. They haven't yet had to deal with questions from Lennon's peers or the general public.
But, just because they are public figures doesn't mean they are required to play up the gay and address it all the time either.
The average gay family, my own included aren't all that interesting in day to day life.
