You Tube has various policies regarding scamming, threats, deceptive practices, child endangerment, harassment, bullying, privacy, impersonation etc..all described and are REPORTABLE by anyone under Policies and Safety (bottom left) that ALL VIEWERS should read to be aware. RETALIATION might be a form of harassment?
