She didn't go see an endocrinologist (or endercrineologist as she says lol) just for fun or to spend money. Her primary care referred her because her levels were low. And they were, they have now returned to normal though. However, Nolan's primary care physician referred him to a specialist for his hand and she totally ignored that.

Edited: she thought her thyroid levels could be an excuse for her being tired and having trouble getting back to pre pregnancy weight. She's in denial that Nolan is less than perfect

I feel reaaaaaly jealous that houses in her area cost sooo less. Like $200k you get a decent 3 bedroom? We own a house in a different country but in U.S. Dollars the value is about $150k when we bought it a year back. We have only $6000 to pay off to close the loan. Had I lived in her area I could sell this house and make a full payment on a house in NC. I would not even need loan. But I live in Washington where a decent house will definitely cost about 350-400k and beyond. She is a fool not to make early efforts. When price appreciates it's gonna get more difficult.

I feel your pain -_- decent houses where I'm from is 800k-1.2 mil. 350-400k can get you a condo or a fixer upper house. It get's cheaper the farther you are from the city but still a lot compared to the US

If they had been the least bit responsible financially, they could have EASILY afforded to buy their first house BEFORE Nolan was even born. If Britney didn't have a shopping addiction, it wouldn't have even been a struggle to get the downpayment and mortgage. Maybe they could only afford a townhouse, but it would be theirs, and would have 3 bedrooms so that the kids didn't have to share. They could have managed that in the time between when Aria was born, and Nolan was conceived. They are irresponsible and immature about it. They have such a LOW cost of living there. I live near Fairplay and I'm wondering how many years (if ever) it's going to take my kids to buy houses. Most young people can't really afford a fixer upper because the mortgage would eat up too much. It's getting ridiculous. :(

It is actually so ridiculous over here. We got ours pre-construction which is why we got some discounts. By the time it's built, it'll cost a bit more. We got it for 350-400k and it's a condo that's 600sf which is the standard in Toronto. I really don't get Britney's logic with continuously moving just for more space and spending on movers and a whole new furniture and couch to match her walls. Our family is literally working hard to have a safety net for mortgage and we budget a lot and don't go on vacation at all lol. Watching B spend stupidly makes me cringe. I used to like her but the whole attitude and the "bye Felicia" rant on twitter was annoying. I wouldn't be surprised if she woke up on day with a change of heart with all this moving and wanting to save more for a down payment. These girls read this site and get angry but some of the users here at least knock some sense into them unlike their 12 year old fans that think their life is perfect just because they have a big house and nice furniture. I hate it when she says she has her shit together because she clearly doesn't. A lot of temporary purchases, spending a lot of money in a shady college and her ungenuine wedding proposal. There's a lot behind her life that just seems so.........

The other thing they never mention is emergency savings. It used to be that everyone needed to have 3 months emergency savings to cover all the expenses in case someone lost their job. I have a feeling they got one huge Oh shit! moment when Ean lost that one job and had to go back to the lesser paying one. They were SO LUCKY it was "fixed" so quickly. In the real world, where most of us live, it's the reality that no job is secure, and you can easily go 6+ months without another job coming up. We just did 7 months with zero income because we had one contract end, and it took 7 months to get another one. The new one pays a lot less too. And this isn't the first time we've been through it. That's what it's like for working people these days. It can happen at any time. I think they'd be screwed if that happens. I would love to see one of the YT moms show how they save up for emergencies like that. ;)

I am pretty sure she has emergency savings because I remember her mentioning she doesn't have a strict budget but she has a certain amount she won't let them fall below each month.

Honestly I do understand it, she wants her kids to have the best and figures they will buy a house later on. For me I can't wait to own a house and then happily plan a baby because I always felt a bit guilty being a stay at home Mum even though I felt it was the best thing developmentally for my son. I guess I was making the same kind of sacrifice as most young yt Mums so I can't judge them but I will be making sure I don't repeat the same situation otherwise we won't own a house until my son is like ten and I want him and any siblings to have that "family home".

P.s. Housing prices in Australia are crazy too, we are moving to a very rural town so that we can have the house we want on an affordable mortgage. I never want us to be slaves to a bank! We are just lucky both of our trades are sought after in all towns (I work in childcare and my husband is a butcher so lots of work out rural too) but others have to stay near highly populated areas for work and houses are twice the price!!

Yeah we are having the same issues at the moment. Wanting to buy a house but the market is too expensive to get into, and it's really hard to rent and save for a house deposit when rent is the same as a mortgage payment every week. My partner is looking at changing industries so that he can earn more money and more job stability and then we want to move to a different area where the wages are better because where we live now the houses aren't too expensive to buy but wages suck. Especially coming from the mining industry in Western Australia, but that industry has just about gone bust.

I don't know how it is in America, from what I gather where you live makes a big difference in housing affordability, but in Australia it can be really hard to get into the housing market. Depends on where you live too. For example, rent where I live is $300-$350 a week for a 4 bedroom house that's pretty new and modern and I have a friend who lives in Sydney who rents a 2 bedroom apartment and she pays $900 a week. Which is crazy expensive.

I live in Charlotte and we have a 1 bedroom apartment and we pay $1000 a month. But we're building a house (3 bedroom, 2.5 bath) and its 156K. I'm not sure what our mortgage payments are going to be but we're assuming it'll be close to what we're paying now.

Oh my god the part in the latest vlog with Aria and the camera was so cute she's literally THE cutest little thing. And I thought Nolan did great with her dad, it was just a really sweet moment <3

The only thing I found weird was that her dad just met Nolan? I could've sworn he was in a video but was it before he was born??

I thought aria vlogging was cute too, but seems like she's picking up on the way Britney talks.

Apologies if this has already been mentioned, but, in the latest vlog she said to Aria 'you're going to go to daddy's' then corrected herself and said 'you're going to go to daddy's work'. It makes sense that Ean would be at work on a weekday but it does make me wonder as it has been brought up before that maybe Ean lives somewhere else.

She has slipped like that a few times now..... If you're telling the truth you don't have to keep correcting yourself. That's my take on it

I don't really know how to feel about their (Britney and Ean's) relationship. I mean she's definitely the one who is more into him, but part of me kind of thinks he is shy and that's part of the reason he comes off so cold? I haven't watched yesterday's vlog yet because they're pretty much all the same but idk. Do you guys really think they're not even living together? :?

Oh I'm sure she is, because besides Ean and the teachers at her daycare sometimes, that's all she ever hears.

Also I'm pretty sure when she said it this vlog she realized what it sounded like and changed it. If we hadn't seen where she was dropping Aria off, I could maybe see that being a thing but we saw what looked like his job? I think they are living together, because having two places is expensive and too hard to cover up, but the wording slipups are a little weird.

Pretty sure for a $156k house your mortgage will be just short of $1000 but not more for sure. I have been looking at houses in my area and a$350k has a mortgage of about $1400 on a standard traditional loan. 3 bed 2.5 for $156k uh that's awesome.

Oh, I know! We're really fortunate. It's the last lot in the neighborhood so I think they wanted to get rid of it so the company could get out of the neighborhood. Lol.

There are also other fees that are calculated into your mortgage. I have owned here houses and they will tell you that your mortgage is $x but there is also escrow payment too which covers your property taxes and home owners insurance. We built a house that is 280k and our monthly payment is $1,800 a month. We pay roughly $1,300 towards our mortgage and roughly $500 towards escrow. So the escrow can change a payment a lot!

I'm bored with Britney and her whining, and Aria and her hamming it up for the camera. Please just do a 10 minute video of Nolan being happy and playing, with no commentary. ;)

PS Did anyone notice she made a point of showing her homemade coffee in the last video. Lol. As if.

I want to like her dad in these videos, but ever since the whole blaming Vanessa on the address leak deal, I can't help but think "what a bitch" when I see him or Alyssa.
