Oh my word. To me, that looks like femoral retroversion. See the way her feet go out at a 90-degree angle?
It generally occurs in utero due to the baby being cramped and the knees/legs bent outward in the womb. No one's fault, really, but I'm stunned her pediatrician didn't notice it earlier. That can cause some long term problems for Vera. I hope they truly are being aggressive with her treatment. It's worth the pain now instead of much more later.
