Am I the only one annoyed by the constant hair bows in the pool and at the beach? They have to be uncomfortable when they're wet. I imagine they tug at her hair. Plus I think it looks silly. She's in the freaking water.

I thought the silver rattle was from Grandberry because it went through the family?sarah wrote:Back at the beach house! Shocker. Hoverboard, food, drinks, obnoxious talk to Gaines (Don't forget her clip-on pacis in every color, multiple "Bama" dresses, silver rattle, sheets from home, beach tents/toys and shopping cart cover), obnoxious late night antics, more food, drinks, pool stunts, underwater montages, and...more food.
I think C&K live like rich college kids with a baby lol. It's not because they like a college team. But they are always out on the beach, up all night being loud, They make everything a party. They are always wasting $$ because Katie sits on a throne of it.

No. It drives me crazy. Always makes me think of the Saccone-Jolys (their little girl is almost 3 and still wears those headband bows on the daily. Some suspect her very slow hair growth is partly because of the bows.) Especially when Katie has such a knee-jerk reaction to fix it or put one in everytime she's on camera. One can only hope that she's more relaxed about it off camera.Lovethesnark wrote:Am I the only one annoyed by the constant hair bows in the pool and at the beach? And don't forget the stupid, juvenile pranks Cullen pulls that Katie thinks are hilarious. Funny you should mention food, as they don't seem to encourage people to sign up for the "next detox". Are they still representing Arbonne?sarah wrote:Back at the beach house! Shocker. It irritates me too. Gaines doesn't need those big bows in her hair, as she doesn't have much, and most certainly not in the pool. Has anyone noticed how thin Katie's hair is, especially near her part? I'd think she'd be a little more sensitive to MG's fine head of hair.angelfire89 wrote:No. It drives me crazy. Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
They're more concerned with her looking cute. I think Gaines needs a little trim. Her hair is longer in spots. They should clean that up if they insist on sticking the bows in her hair.
Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
It seems like they're bigger now than before they started the "detox."Whatshesaid_2015 wrote:And don't forget the stupid, juvenile pranks Cullen pulls that Katie thinks are hilarious. I think they are bigger now too. Katie looks really bloated and Cullen is sporting man-boobs, smh.

Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
That's because it was more about money than about getting healthy. Detoxing is just another fad diet, not a lifestyle, and its just a get rich quick scheme where they pretend they're not sponsored and spend a week pushing people to sign up at a few hundred dollars a pop.
Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
They've gone back to eating crap and not exercising. No wonder they've blown back up. If they had been serious about getting healthy and loosing weight it would have been a lifestyle change, not "it's only for a month!".
Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
It was obvious from the beginning that Cullen was more into it anyway. He worked out even when Katie didn't. I don't think she ever exercised without him.

I feel bad for the unhealthy example they will set for Gaines as they're "Southern" diet consists of biscuits and gravy, pizza, Lay's potato chips, Velveeta and sausage, etc. I wonder how they're Arbonne followers/customers feel now?

I don't know how they feel, but apparently Cullen and Katie feel no shame.
Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
Do you think they really don't care about gaining weight cause when it gets to be too much, they can just throw money at the problem and stop it? Gastric bypass, liposuction, etc. I'm sure Katie's parents or her trust fund could handle a couple surgeries.

Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
I understand struggling with weight. I have my whole life. They seemed to lose weight easily, so I'm not really surprised to see that they've put the weight back on. They'll be in for a shocker if they start to yo-yo. At a certain point, it won't come off as easily. I wonder if they're trying for another baby? I would assume that Katie would want to be as healthy as possible before they conceive.

Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
I think they just use the bows to keep her hair out of her face. I did the same thing with my daughter, and being from the south, i'm sure they are waiting to cut her hair until after her first birthday. Its considered super bad luck to cut your babies hair before a year old. Old wives tale crap, I know, but I did it with both my kids, and everyone else I know did the same. Its a big deal in some places. (My mom also told me I had to shove my kid off the bed if she didn't fall off of it before her first birthday, apparently some people say your baby will die if they don't fall off the bed before a year old. I DIDN'T do that one... not surprisingly. But she wound up falling off the bed 2 days after her birthday sooooo... she was fine lol. But my whole family is VERY superstitious)

Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
Im not all about the huge bows in girls hair though... it kills me to see that, and those headbands, that's something I never did bc they seem uncomfortable.
Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
Well they did trim her hair at least once. Katie cut off some pieces that were an odd length.Playsinrain wrote:I think they just use the bows to keep her hair out of her face. Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
Plus wearing bows in general is a huge southern thing. I work with little kids, and the ones with really southern moms never fail to put their kids in bows. Though the second the kid rips the bow off, it goes straight in their cubby because we aren't dealing with that lol.Playsinrain wrote:I think they just use the bows to keep her hair out of her face. Re: Bamachick1101 (Cullen and Katie) Part 1
I'm from the south and my mom is always on me to put a bow on my daughter and I try and try and it never works. I always have a messed up slobbery now because she hates them. So I don't put them on her. I am not a typical southern mom per say lol.
