I think it's supposed to go on her hip so it would be covered by a bikini/underwear.
Either way, I think white tattoos are extremely tacky and this way it'll be hidden twofold - white, which will already be barely visible, and only exposed when she's naked.

A tattoo artist that knows what they are doing will be able to do it to the darkest pigment of skin and match it so it works. Maybe she wants white so if they break up its easier to laser/cover with another tat.
Keren said she went from a 32B to a 32C. But I used to be a 32B and am now a 32D (thanks birth control) and my boobs appear smaller than hers. Is she lying or am I bad at boobs?

No, shes getting a tattoo for Khoa on her hip (bikini line). But I agree; she needs to go and raise those children before anything else.

I especially didn't like how she referred to it as a problem. She's so fucked in the head that she actually thinks her malnourished kids are normal and the healthy baby has "the heavy problem."
