I am not quite sure what ticked Alice off. I had been warned that she read private messages and would block you so I tried to stay under her radar. We had quite a few new people who started commenting and not following rules It seemed like over night she banned a bunch of people and moved the site to a VIP location and you had to have over a certain number of snarks to get there. Well since she had banned so many there was two of us left. Me and Eskayrem We were not even posting. I read about this site on the TLC page and was reunited with my snarky sisters. Evidently Alice did not like the fact that I jumped ship so she revoked my membership so to speak and blocked my IP address. So here I am and will never fall back down Alice's gomi hole again lol

I left GOMI because she blocked me, I guess. Even though I didn't hardly post. And I really don't know much about the Alice craziness because I wasn't on there long. So I'm curious to read about it.

I left because Alice locked the thread. There were some new posters that were repeatedly violating the TOS (which I now believe was deliberate) so I assumed that's why it was shut down since there had been warnings in the past. I noticed some of the OG members hadn't been posting but I never imagined they had been blocked from the site. Going so far as to block IP addresses is pretty extreme. It's quite convenient she reopened the GQS thread right around the same time Rattled returned. Couldn't miss out on any new traffic brought on by the show

For the record, I was snarking on the GQS here first and then moved on to GOMI because there wasn't anyone here. Happy to see it has come full circle.

I left GOMI because I hated how it never updated on my phone. I hated that even though there is no true privacy there or here, I felt it was violated there. Y'all remember ArchieLovesVeronica, I know I do. She had dirt. I wanted dirt. I'm friends with some nurses who worked directly with Ashley; I will not name them and I know y'all respect me for that, but yes, I love me some good dirt. So I send A<3V a message, I got a warning from Alice; which I'm sure is now since deleted. What did I want to know? I wanted to know if one of the reasons they didn't get sealed right away; and why no mission, was due to carnal desires. Yeah. I wanted to know if it was for sex. I lived in sin. Hubby and I had sex before marriage *shrugs* life goes on. But I always hate(d) how they pretend to be Molly Mormon. Just because you stand in a garage it doesn't make you a car.

I still miss my Oregon smiley. But I'm glad all my sisters are here.

I started to dislike the Greedners as we call them so I googled their name in an attempt to get more insight as to who these people were. I came across 2 sites this one and gomi. This one only had one page and not much activity. I would come back time and again to check for more activity but it seemed the other vloggers were more popular to snark on. So I joined gomi.

Big mistake. But actually in hindsite good mistake as I wouldn't have ended up here with all my sisters in snark. I started reading/and or joined around page 200 so it had been going strong for quite a while.

For me all was going well until someone named Top Hat Fancy started some inter thread drama with me as well as others. She would argue and debate with us and it wasn't in a nice way. She was rude. It was odd because it wasn't as if she was sticking up for the Greedners she would just try to put us in our place so to speak.

I remember one time in one of her derogatory comments she mentioned where her winter or summer house was and something about wearing flip flops there. I had never heard of that town in Florida having been there myself 3 times so I googled it. So come to find out it's the home of the Ringling Brothers Circus. So I made some comment in regards to her circus life or something along that line. I don't remember it exactly.

What I do remember is telling her to "Cash me ousside, how bow dah?" And then to my amazement Alice who (at least since I had been posting) never commented on our Greedner thread quoted me and then added "Flip me, flip me nah". So either Alice was reading our thread or she was Top Hat Fancy. So then Top Hat Fancy made a comment (I don't know who for sure it was directed to specifically, probable all of us who weren't happy with her posts I guess) she said that her husband wrote third party blocking software and she wasn't afraid to use it. Now that I'm remembering this it seems more and more like this was actually Alice.

So when she mentioned the blocking software I emailed Alice and informed her of this persons threat. No response. That's when the trouble started. I was having difficulty logging on, the search engine would just time out. When I did get on I pm'd a fellow snarker (don't know if she wants to be outed) and she was having trouble as well and suggested using a different IP address as she felt Alice was blocking ours. I sent other pm's but they disappeared from my outbox. Funny thing I could access the site if I used data but not any more. I changed my username 3 times and my email a couple and they would work for just so long as my IP address was blocked. When I would log in it would say user name not found or invalid users name and email not registered. When my last username was working I was out of state on data and could access the site as I wasn't using my home IP address. I haven't been out of state since then to try it.

I never violated TOS. I have no idea what I did other then to not take someone's shit throwing. I have a feeling Top Hat Fancy was either Alice or a friend of Alice's. As she is know to make virtual friends into real life friends. When I couldn't get on the site I started googling gomi and Alice and found out about all the trouble others were experiencing. Especially the one about how she reads everyone's private messages. I read all about her on Reddit. I went to the extent of sending her emails with the subject "Reddit" several times. In the body of the email I wrote " I read it". Even if she didn't open the email she still saw the word Reddit. I read several articles that she is infuriated with Reddit. She has blocked so many people from her site and it's just a big why. I think it's because she can. It's been said she's a trust fund baby, her parents pay her bills and gomi is probably just a hobby for her.

I think all the new posters were "Ashely's Army" violating TOS on purpose to get the thread shut down. Alice abided, then realized all the power she lost when this site ignited hence the purchase of the nearly identical URL. She's trying to get her power back.

That's so weird she wanted to know what you wanted to know. It was as if every thing was her business. How did she warn you? What did she say exactly if you remember? I take it your pm never went through.

This will be the one and only time I respond to this crap since my Google alert with my throw away account got pinged (yes, this name) and quite frankly, your assumptions are so way off base it's comical.

1) Nope, not Alice. Nope, don't know Alice. Nope, never talked to Alice other than she responded to an IG queery about wall color.
2) Snarky Sophie got banned because quite simply.. She's insane. That's the sole reason. I mean, no sane person does the posts she does. No one GAF that her mother was miss whatever country/city. No one GAF about her lolyer going after the Gardner's because decibels. No one writes the fan fiction she does about anyone. She is not well. Period. If you think this type of stuff is sane then I have a bunch of land in the Everglades to sell you. She. Is. Not. Well.
3) The rest of you, I am betting, got banned by association to that nutcase. Maybe not. Maybe you all are just as nuts.. Who knows.

4)Yep, My husband created an algorithm that is quite simply a plug in for a browser that blocks usernames and their paragraphs to come up as a white box. It's that simple. My nephew in the 7th grade can whip one up of need be. You guys are harping over nothing. I brought it up to let the person that was 'taunting' me (I use that word casually, because it was just stupid) now I cannot see her blabbering. I could, however, see it when quoted (because that's how this stuff woks)


Bottom line.. You guys (and this site) are looking at a lawsuit.. I can see it happening. GOMI has gone through the same thing because the fan fiction and the name calling is hurting a brand.. brands don't like that. You just can't go around creating made up scenarios about people and not get called out for it. I am no fan of the Gardner's but what you people are doing is borderline batshit insane. The name calling and calling the girls feral is insane. Which is what I was saying on GOMI.. It's insane. And apparently I was right because you all aren't there anymore sooo.

What lawsuit is YTMD looking at exactly? From who? The Gardeners? They've got better things to do, sweetheart. We existed long before the SOS [Sisters of Snark] came over. A couple of new people who only posted once or twice actually gave full names of people who posted on FB or IG.
Stella and Sophie when did you get banned from gomi? I have not found one of your wonderful posts and I am on June 9. It does seem like it has been scrubbed of lots of comments and even tho it is a bit snarky not near like it use to be.

Oh please. We all know that TopHat got banned from GOMI first because she couldn't stop arguing with people and acting like a little bitch. I gave her the benefit of the doubt once, but she continued to act like a petulant child and got all butthurt because we were "so mean". Don't take stock in anything she says. She's basically a troll.

I "left" GOMI because Alice blocked my IP address after I questioned why she had edited one of my posts. (Actually she blocked 2 of my IP addresses - work and home) Little did I know that she was reading my PMs too. I got back in briefly and sent a few messages to my friends - which she read and then deleted. Then she deleted my username. It took me a few tries, but eventually I joined again as Charley3. (Ha ha suck on that!)

I wasn't around when the thread got shut down, but after I identified my alter-ego here I found that Charley3 was now blocked as well.
So obviously she's been reading our thread or she never would have known about that.

I've never encountered someone so petty before.
This site is infinitely better anyway - that other place is riddled with coding errors and wouldn't load half the time.
Plus the moderators aren't all up in our personal business!

Yeah, I believe it was around the beginning of June when we got banned. We both were banned on the same day for some reason.

The Binghams vlog is up of Ashleys 30th birthday party. She does flirt with Branden too much. Not much of Tyson with Ashley in their vlog. Female doppelganger says Branden. Lol.
I like the way the Binghams vlog better than GQS. Thankfully the FTYO weren't vlogged much in theirs because of how they probably ran amuck. Who knows? But I guess it must've been a late night due to no vlog by GQS today. We shall see.

I left GOMI when the thread was locked,. I had been banned for some unknown reason for a few days once before, and then was apparently let back in.
I also noticed some of the best commenters disappeared, and that more and more TOS were being violated by new members. And the attacks by some on other posters made it not fun anymore.
I was really surprised how much I missed my Snarky Sisters, and was thrilled when someone linked this site to the TLC page!
This site is much better, except that I can't access emogis on my phone.
The moderators here are nice, and responsive, which is great, also. I wouldn't go back to GOMI.

And I think SnarkySophie is a talented, insightful writer, especially of comedy!
