Erik and Malinda are good parents. Their kids each get birthday gifts geared to their own interests. Yes, the house is cramped but they have their own space and stuff. They respect the kids who say they don't want to film. They don't abandon their asthmatic child in the hospital or film their kids naked shivering in towels. Both parents are involved and Dad works and goes to school. They are so far removed from Ro & Chloe even if you don't agree with having a large family.

Chloe looks a little unhinged in her giant toddler outfits.

I wonder if she'd be crazy enough to do an unassisted home birth. My SIL couldn't get a midwife to attend her birth so she went and had the baby at home alone. Thankfully baby was fine but why risk it so you can have your "experience" .so weird.

The kids do (did?) have jeans...cos she'll have them all wearing jeans with white tops and their vans checkered (chequered? checked?) shoes.

I like a lot of the clothing the kids wear...well mostly I like their tops but not when paired with another crazy print that clashes horribly. They would look great in the bright, bold, patterned tops if they were paired with jeans or simple pants. Remember she used to dress all 6 kids in leggings a few years back.

I wonder, with all vlogging families, what the kids would say in the future if they all talked about their childhood growing up in front of a vlogging camera. Like a 'behind the scenes' kind of thing.

After Chloe's newest video I'm going to call the twins being a boy and a girl, judging by the clothing choices. Or two boys and she's going to dress one more girly

I’m surprised she shopped somewhere as boring as Target.

I agree, I think it's one of each.
Does anyone on here have a lot of kids? I was just thinking I can't imagine having 8 kids (or 6), I was an only child, my husband is one of 5 (youngest) and he said he hated not getting enough one on one time or attention and he didn't want a big family.
We decided on 2/3 kids, I'm currently pregnant with number 3 who was a surprise and honestly I'm crapping myself about sharing my attention between 3 children! We ended up with the same age gap as last time (just under 2 years) and I think it's such a difficult age gap too. Just thinking Chloe had hers, other than the twins, all so close together I really just cannot fathom that amount of baby care in such a small amount of time.

I have 4 and when they were all younger I found it easier and cheaper. They all were happy with simple outings like picnics at the park or trips to the beach to build sandcastles. Now they all eat more than me, and they all have extracurricular activities, never ending invites to birthday parties, invites from friends to go to the movies, playcentres, bowling etc. They all need orthodontics work (retainers and braces) which costs a fortune even with private health. Their clothing and shoes cost a lot more now too.. We chose to have 4 kids so I make sure they don't go without just because they have so many siblings.

I have no idea how Chloe is going to afford raising all those kids when they're teenagers because by then I doubt any of her fans will still be around. Who wants to watch 6 teenagers?! And the bendy bean stalk won't cut it.

As for individual attention. I think they will be struggling to give each child one one one.. especially when Ro is forced back to work when YT dries up

Evan is my son's age and my son is with his mates at least a couple times a week. Sometimes they come to our house or he goes to their house and other times we all meet up (their family and ours) to do something together. I dont ever see Evan with friends? The way they are raising those kids is really sad.

Thats what annoys me in her situation. Those kids only have each other. Yes having siblings is fun, but having friends is so much better.

They dont get to go to school, they dont play sports, they used to attend some random homeschool events.

To be a functioning adult (eventually) you need to socialise your children. Be that at kindy, preschool, school, sports, playgroups, extra curricular activities, swimming, chess, whatever - you socialise your children. As a parent thats your job, its your job to prepare them for the outside world.

My kids from toddlers could have meaningful conversations with adults, answer questions when asked, give their opinions and thoughts, laugh and joke. Her kids seem to have personalities like wet fish. I couldn’t imagine any of them having meaningful conversations with anyone?

I don’t know why Chloe is so obsessed with Pearl being tiny.

She is going to traumatize that child talking so much about it. And you know she does because every single kid was saying “teeny tiny”. And also she’s mentioned it 1000 times.

According to the CDC Pearl is in the 6.5% which is normal. Between 5-95% you are considered normal.

When I went to school they would call that “short”. She will grow to be able to ride a roller coaster. Why is she like that? I don’t get it. Pearl is 5. If you worry about her growth maybe give her more food or take her to a medical appointment.

Going by the Australian baby record books, she’s in the 10th percentile too.
Which isn’t horribly bad.
Her mother isn’t overly tall and nor is her dad when you look at it. She’s genetically geared towards being shorter regardless of how premature she was.

I’m concerned that Pearl and Henry didn’t grow at all. She needs to start feeding them more and making sure they’re getting enough nutrients and vitamins.

Making an already long post longer but did anyone else find it weird how she talked to the kids about Pearl being small? She sounded like she was having a boring conversation with her friends and not talking to her young children.

I've been to latitude twice these school holidays and it has been busy but they have a number limit on sessions so you still get to go on the rock walls and all that without lining up for long. I think her kids would enjoy the other kids there to play dodge ball etc with. I think she just avoids busy places because she knows she can't film.

I think Chloe and Ro struggle with social anxiety and that's why they avoid going out in the school holidays. There was one vlog when they went to Scitech and a large school group was there and they didn't like it.

I agree with the teeny tiny Pearl comments. I would more so worry about any learning delays/difficulties then her height.

My wife and I are both socially anxious introverted people. I’m on the ASD, and get easily overwhelmed by lots of people it I still (pre-COVID) put forth an effort to socialize so my children had socialization skills.

Those kids will really struggle socially in the future. You can already tell with them older boys their social skills are lacking.

I want to preface this by saying that boys with long hair are fine and adorable. However Chloe’s kids should not have long hair if they aren’t going to cut it properly or take care of it. Otto and Evan have very thick hair and if it’s going to be long it need to be thinned out and layered. Felix’s hair is just fine but it’s curly and needs extra care than what they’re giving it. I think Rufus needs the same as Felix in regards to hair care his hair is always so frizzy. Hank desperately needs a haircut he obviously doesn’t like having longer hair. He probably just does it because the rest of his brothers have long hair and he doesn’t want to be left out. It’s always in his face and needs to be tied back or chopped off.

I’m glad that Evan gets a say in how his hair looks and he can have some individuality with that. But they need to keep up with haircuts if it’s going to be short. They could buy clippers themselves and trim the sides up and only take him in when the top gets too long. I know that Covid might have closed down barber shops/salons over there because it certainly did in the US. I really think they have the boys’ hair long because it’s more convenient for them and they don’t have to spend a small fortune on haircut every month. Or go out in public for that matter which I’m sure is slightly embarrassing when your kids aren’t well behaved and they look unkempt half the time.

Everything is open in Perth, so they could have a hair cut. It maybe a good idea to have it done before the twins are born, as I doubt they will be getting out the house much after that.

After reading the comment here the more I see it. Those kids need to socialise with someone else other then their brothers and sister. Maybe they do and they don't show it? I think Chloe alluded to something like that before.

I first found Chloe when she was pregnant with the triplets and used to do updates on Tumblr.

I quickly lost interest but still would check in every now and then. All these years have gone by and It seems she still hasn't learnt proper grooming hygiene for both herself and her children. They just run around with that awfully kept long hair all day and I just cringe at how sloppy they all look.

And now she's pregnant AGAIN.

Ima just say it. They are white trash AS FUCK. You can throw as much glitter on shit as you want... it's still shit.
I'd be so embarrassed to be living off of government checks and then shamelessly popping out more and more babies :|

Isn't anyone around her saying anything about this?? I wonder what her family really thinks.

Years ago, I used to enjoy watching them. But along the way, something changed. Maybe she was unraveling before my eyes and I didn't notice at the time. It used to be about their life and the fun they'd have. Now it seems fake. Maybe it was always fake, idk.
