Two comments beneath that one - “Tyson I can already tell a difference in your weight.” Bhahahahaha! Are you fucking kidding me? Where? How? Just because he is buying larger clothes to make himself look thinner does NOT mean he is losing weight. He is still pounding the donuts by the dozen, drinking soda by the gallons, and who knows what other kind of shit he is shoveling down his throat. If he was truly on a diet, we would definitely see pictures of his food or they would vlog more of it so he can get more attaboys.

If he was losing weight as fast as his oversized clothes show, he'd be doing it the unhealthy way, and I'd fear bulimia, and no, that is NOT a jab at anyone here who has, or know someone who has had, an eating disorder. I'm just saying the "rapid" weight loss his clothes are trying to show off would be insanely unhealthy. Besides. With a healthy lifestyle change, such as eating better, your weight fluctuates. It's why you don't step on the scale the first week in. My husband and I have to talk to our oldest and see if she wants to continue dance because there is such a thing as dancers body, where you strive to be a certain size and overwork yourself until you hit. Which mentally is hard to do. It might be called something else, but growing up that's what my mom called it.

Four days in the hospital [with one of my special needs kiddos] with no youtube it was so relaxing. IDK if I want to bother catching up...maybe self care is not worrying about kids I cannot help.

I cannot imagine how those cups smell. I've forgotten one and even after cleaning it still smelled no matter what I did so I just threw it away. So I bet those cups always smell even "clean".

They are so use to being hand fed, sharing food and eating after EVERYBODY I can just imagine IF they ever do go to school the FF walking around the lunch room trying to grab and take bites of everyone’s lunch or snack

I am just really surprised the girls have not been hurt with the lack of safety precautions their parents exhibit. Anyone who is a parent knows it only takes a fraction of a second for an accident to happen. It is really stupid to put your child so close to a stove. Kids are not aware of danger and the risk is greater when the parents have not taught their children to be careful!

And you already know that if someone said something about it they would go ON and ON about how they taught the girls what hot means. I didn’t watch the vlog yet but in the snap chat shot of this scene, she literally does walk away and goes to film the one quad over at the table. So, she can’t even say “I stayed right there”.

I just know that with toddlers shit can go wrong so fast. I, too, am also shocked no one has been hurt worse than Scarlett.

Like I said in a few posts back, I let my two 2.5 year olds stand on chairs at the kitchen island for 30 minutes to help make grandma a birthday cake and my daughter fell once and tipped the chair backwards once. And I really was right there. So you know this crap happens at their house. They are extremely lucky.

I've thought of a use for the Ghastly Gardeners' vlogs.

They could be used as a teaching tool in Health and Safety Awareness lessons ( I've given not a few of these over the years). The students would be asked to list how many accidents in waiting and unhealthy practices they could spot in one video.

This latest would give rich pickings.

Dirty bacteria breeding cups.
Milk in cots.
Dummies possible choking hazard
Too many toys and paraphernalia in cots.
Sitting next to hob.
Standing in trolley.
One set buckled down, other set allowed to run amok.

That's just off the top of my head, I refuse to click on it again.

This riles me far more than house videos. They have shitty, unimaginative taste but it's up to them. I think that whole development is vile, a blot on the Utah landscape but I hate that sort of kit house anyway. Good luck with all those white cupboards when the jammy fingers get on to them!

The fireplace ledge with its sharp edges is another accident waiting to happen.

She tells them when food is hot, or let's them tell her and she doesn't take it from them she tells them to blow on it. If she tells them the stove is hot, there is no way they can recognize the danger. I was watching another vlogging couple and their toddler approached the fireplace, the mother said "HOT, No NO, DANGER, DANGER" and the little boy backed off.

I agree with the stinky cups. Also, why is a 30 year woman filming herself calling sippy cups BA BA's to her almost 3 year old children?

Was it just me or was the baby talk today on the vlog today rampant? Honestly, it feels ridiculous, at this point in their development and is likely inhibiting their speech. It seems Ashley and Tyson are constantly trying to stoke their children for a mispronounced word on camera for amusement/entertainment purposes. The girls seem to be struggling with speech and pronunciation. Their parents and adults should speak words clearly and conscisely back to these almost 3 year olds. The girls do not deserve to get mocked and laughed at for their well-meaning pronunciations. It's NOT cute Ashley and Tyson! It comes across as very demeaning.

BTW, I'm not trying to sound like the perfect parent. I just sincerely wanted to empower my kids to communicate. So if my 2 year old said "Momma, want wawa." I didn't laugh and say "HAHAHAHAHA you want WA WA" and film them for everyone to laugh at them. I said, "Okay, you'd like some WATER, wouldn't you?" They would then often repeat the word naturally and correct themselves. They learned very fast and felt confident that they were being heard. It was fun to watch them feel empowered!

We all know it's not rocket science, but you have to have the desire for your child to develop into a strong, educated and capable human being. I think A & T may want to keep these girls helpless so they are in control as long as possible. Isn't that why Tyson found himself a young bride? He often coos about how he loves that Ashley is dependent on him. Is that what they're aiming for? That their girls become helpless, dependent, makeup beauties that will land themselves a Tyson like guy at 14? How was that working before the quadruplet financial windfall? Weren't there some major financial challenges?

I think A & T are likely terrified of these girls growing up because they might lose all the attention and money that's come their way (that actually has nothing to do with their accomplisments). They may not want these girls to develop into 4 individual, articulate strong girls because that breaks up the QUAD phenomenon. It's the QUAD (dress alike) fascination that brings them all the "fame and money."

Guess what A & T! The baby stage is done, guys! Enough with the baby talk, binkies, bottles, diapers, cribs and tons of milk. You "milked" it for all it was worth and filmed every last mispronounced word! Please let these girls grow up and surpass your plot in life! Oh and find another way to make money that doesn't revolve around them!

I know it is very unkind to snark on kids but I find these four repulsive. Their behaviour alone does it for me but I don't think they're cute or nicely dressed either.

And before anyone says I mustn't know what it's like to have kids, I have three of my own, have worked with young people all my life and I'm going to be a granny in January!

Maybe it’s just me but I was GLAD to be finished with bottles. Gone cold turkey at 12.5 months of age.

I was HAPPY to be finished with diapers. Twin #1 trained at 24 months and the other at 27 months.

I love my kids and I do miss having a baby around but really, in the grand scheme of things, life is much easier the older they get.

My twins are 4 months behind the girls, yet ahead in so many ways. I’d say my two are behind in gross motor, so I’m not perfect and my kids aren’t perfect. But my son has been in early intervention for sensory issues (Esme) since 11 months of age and my daughter had been in early intervention since 15 months to help her learn to walk.

Mine are still in cribs, but they aren’t climbing out and have a strict schedule, so I’m ok riding that one out a bit longer. Lol.

The baby talk annoyed me even when they were babies, even more so with that 30 year old woman having to screech that baby talk. What's wrong with talking to your kids like everyone else. Now at the age they are it almost feels condescending. Maybe I could see doing it if they get hurt or something but all the time? Why can't they just use normal words for things?

I can't even imagine what the bedrooms smell like now.. no wonder they always close the doors when the girls get out of there after wakey wakey.. I'm sure their bedroom door is always closed also. Now that Bison has shared his personal 'potpourri' with no problem, it must be everywhere...
What has always struck me odd, might be just me, has anyone ever seen them open a window for fresh air? I understand winter is cold (furnace on) and the summer heat (AC on), but in the in between times when not needed, I can't wait to open all the windows to have natural fresh air flow through my house. Not sure, but from the looks of their new house, do any of the windows open? Maybe upstairs, but the down stair ones? If not, I don't get it..
