She was blinking so much. I can’t believe her. Isn’t Nona already her freaking nanny? Will Nina still be hanging around all the time off camera? Vanessa really is going to just be laying in bed all day while Nona and this nanny raise her kids. Also her makeup in this video looks like she slept in it. There’s mascara smudges under her eyes.

Guys, there a difference between a nanny and an aupair. Here is a quick explanation: https://www.aupair.com/en/p-nanny.php. Aupairs are actually supposed to take language courses/visit a certain amount of college courses and so on. Atleast thats a requirement if you get an aupair through an organization. But they are obviously not using one (?).

How embarrassing that your in laws can tell your house is always gross, lily is always ignored and Charlie lacks age appropriate stimulation that they would suggest she gets help. Posting back to back because I'm bored af right now and Vanessa is Unbelievable. I can't believe her in-laws are enabling her even after this ungrateful asshole threw their precious princess castle away like rotten eggs. I hope Casey realizes what a messy nasty person and leaves her ass ASAP.
On the other hand I'm happy her in-laws realized how inefficient Vanesa really is and tried to address this to benefit their innocent grand kids. BUT they could've offered to put Charlie in an occasional day care or something like that. The problem is she gets "everything" fallen into her lap and never thanks for anything. I have a feeling this whole thing is going to turn into a huge shit show.

She’s excited to have an au pair because she has been lonely and feels like she has no one to talk to since David left. Well, if a complete stranger can fill that void for you, you’ve got issues. Your mom is with you every damn day. And what an insult to David! For a stranger raising your kids and talking to you to make you excited and happy for possibilities for your family... gosh. It’s ALL about her.

Vanessa has always so badly wanted to live a privileged lifestyle. She doesn’t care about this au pairs interactions and experiences while she’s in the US. Vanessa just can’t wait to be getting her nails done and tell the nail tech “my children are with the au pair.” It’s always been about appearance and ‘stuff’ to her.

I agree with everyone else. For her MIL to approach her about this right after David left means she saw Vanessa ignoring those poor kids and her household. I’m happy that Charlie will hopefully get to view the world from outside of his car seat and lily will be talked to like a child instead of a dang baby.

However, i hope the au pair gets to experience something other than a townhome, Starbucks and tjmaxx while she’s in America.
