I think it's definitely twins. I hope she realizes that, despite a risk pregnancy, twins are a blessing.

But in the same sense, there has to be something going on if she can’t maintain a healthy pregnancy without the shots. And if her body miscarried at nearly 20 weeks with Brynn. Makes me wonder if there is in fact something wrong with her hormones as well.

That is standard IVF protocol since they are artificially creating a cycle for her. They control her cycle with hormones so they can create the optimal condition to implant the embryo. Since fertilization and some of the embryonic growth occurred outside of her body, they are giving her the hormones that would have been occurring during that time period which allows for the embryo to implant and develop. They continue the progesterone injections until the OB ultrasound for everyone and once the pregnancy is visually confirmed, they will stop them. 2nd trimester miscarriages are often linked to genetic abnormalities or issues with the placenta, umbilical cord, cervix or blood clotting disorder instead of hormonal causes like 1st trimester miscarriages. I don't believe they ever found out what happened with Brynn.

I found this awesome forum from 10 years ago, and based on everyone else's posts, she definitely seems to have the right amount of HCG levels for someone who is expecting twins. Then again, there were a couple posts contradicting me, so who knows? I'm curious to see if she is carrying twins and her reaction! It'd bring in a lot of views, that's for sure.

If she did id officially lose ALL respect for her.Maybe it's just me but it seems she's dragging Brynn into something that has nothingto do with brynn (The title of the pregnancy announcement.) and for that,I feel she is exploiting her child for money,and not only her child,But her dead child.That....Takes a special someone.
