I came here to say the same thing. I just cannot relate to them anymore. She talks about today being the first day in a long time where they don’t have anything to do and can just hang out at home with the kids. Isn’t that what they do everyday??? Other than MDO, gymnastics, and errands (which doesn’t really count as being busy), what are they so busy with all the other days of the week? Maybe she’s just not used to having her kids home because they send them off all the time. With two parents at home, the lack of time management boggled my mind. Even during the holidays, they shouldn’t be this frazzled.

I think that they feel like they’re “so busy” even though they have, what, like 3 days a week without kids, because they do all their grown-up duties on those days. Errands, cleaning, the business side of youtube, shopping, etc. And then they are 100% focused on the kids when they are home. This month has probably felt extra “busy” because they’re having to do some of that stuff even on the days they have the kids.
I’m sure when you’re used to devoting your every waking minute to ensuring you’re at every beck and call of your children, having to do that AND make a phone call or do laundry can feel super overwhelming (insert eye roll here).
They need to teach those kids how to be bored. And, FFS, they need to IGNORE Brookes when he starts whining for attention. Like, completely ignore him. Set him down in a gated room and walk the fuck away. He is old enough to get consequences for that nonsense. MG isn’t much better.
IMO, those kids are way more spoiled than Ollie. They have nearly as many toys, and every adult in their lives drop EVERYTHING at their command.
I mean, Ollie got a playroom ball pit for a couple days. Completely over the top. But it got put away. CK left party games out for MONTHS because the kids wanted it.
They run that house. It’s obnoxious.
