Honestly, my whole family was dying with laughter. And Kevin is supposed to be a European since he went to Italy? And bought a scooter and that weird hat and bag? I hope you Americans understand that we don't wear that here haha. And NO, we don't wear clogslmmomSD wrote:It even says so right on the package. She tells her children to be grateful and punishes them for not being so yet she acts like a 8 yr old about her birthday. I and also many adults do not get half what she got for her birthday. Most adults barely celebrate if at all and nobody I know is treated like Queen 24-7 for the whole day. Life goes on, it's your birthday but it can also be Tuesday Soccer night or Grandma's surgery or grocery day.
Still not over her making Chad and Julie pay for things they forgot when she keeps leaving her purse on the front porch the last two trips or any other hair brained things she does. I don't care for Jennifer (her Mom) but I can't imagine she raised her kids sitting on the edge of a cart holding things to fall off and get her skull cracked, or have kids sleep with their head next to a nasty toilet/floor (boys aren't perfect aimers, face it, that's all I can think about). Ruby seems to have no idea that kids can die or that kids can make mistakes when she sits there and regales stories of all the dumb things she did as a kid with no punishment or put for the world to see. Well, that last part she does to herself now.

Knew from the start Shari was a little twat and thats letting her off lightly. If i was in her class I'd have so many mental breakdowns trying to deal with her.
Julie was getting picked on/bullied at school in some way (they never shared a lot of details) and Ruby gave a long talk to the girls and the camera about how when they are picked on they need to "stay puffy" like a marshmallow and not be squashed down or become sad or wallow in self-pity. Basically to be resilient and strong and happy in yourself even if you get picked on. It wasn't a bad message per se in and of itself but like a lot of things with Ruby although I think she means well, the way she said the whole talk was kind of weird and funny.. hence the title poking fun at stay puffy.OliveSnooked wrote:OT: But what is the meaning behind #StayPuffy, or referring to them as "8 puffy passengers" as in the title of the thread?
It tripped me out because I am OLDER than Ruby but was carded recently lol.seriously7 wrote:I seriously can NOT believe this lady is only turning 36 yrs old.
Tbh I don’t find it weird. At least she’s dressed, we’ve seen her out in public in worse. I don’t really think it’s worth the fight you may have to put them in regular clothes.mckayl wrote:Does anyone else thinks it’s weird that eve wears princess dresses out in public? Not to mention she’s been wearing the Elsa dress for a few consecutive vlogs now. Genuinely curious as to if it’s normal. I was never allowed to wear “play”/“costume” princess dresses out in public. I remember Avia and emmi from shaytards used to do it when they were younger and I always found it really weird

Lots of kids wear those out in public these days. When I was little we only wore costumes for Halloween, but I know a lot of moms who let their daughters wear princess dresses out to the store. I don't think schools are keen on them, but for little kids it's no big deal.ForeverGauc01 wrote:Tbh I don’t find it weird. At least she’s dressed, we’ve seen her out in public in worse. I have wondered the same thing. I watched a earlier vlog where ruby was actually in tears after arguing with Chad. She said she had to find a way to cut the tension with him?sunshine12 wrote:Does Chad have anger issues? I went back and watched their first video and even then he seemed bratty.

I think it's still better than Russell (who is 2 years older!) going everywhere in his pyjamas... Not to mention they wear those striped pyjamas ALL THE TIMEmckayl wrote:Does anyone else thinks it’s weird that eve wears princess dresses out in public?
