Yeah you can put ecg leads on the limbs like he showed. I bet he was either having a panic attack or he has some type of electrolyte imbalance due to his dieting (it can cause heart issues like palpitations). But if it was some type of cardiac problem due to dieting they would have sent him to the hospital for further investigation and possible medications. The nurse in me is really thinking some type of panic attack that he thought was some type of heart attack.

And you have to watch "a future vlog" to find out what happened.

And yes, when you lunge a horse, you use a halter and clip the lunge line to the halter. So she has been riding a horse that was trained English with a Western saddle? I say again, I am positive she doesn't know what she's doing. That poor, poor horse.

And you buy a saddle to fit you, not the horse or trainers would have to buy a new saddle for every horse they get. I feel so sorry for Nacho.

I've had a lead placed in a similar spot during an ambulance ride. But those things are easy to take off; it could've been somewhere else and he moved it.

I may have missed some discussion about this, but is the consensus that his weight loss and not driving are related?

I don’t think they are. He’s been not driving for a long time now. The weight loss is recent - he said he started in November.

I wonder if he could be having petit grand mal seizures. That could explain the not driving. He potentially could have had a nocturnal seizure and couldn’t be woken, prompting a 911 call.

But if he was having seizures, wouldn't they have admitted him?
Most things that would prompt a 911 call and "waking up to paramedics" would generally result in an admission. Unless he just refused, which is also possible. If you are awake and not mentally compromised, you have the right to refuse treatment. If paramedics came and he woke up, he could say "No, I don't want to go to the hospital". He would just have to sign a release, and that would be it.

Which could make sense... if it's some sort of genetic thing. Remember when Ollie had the brain actvitity monitoring thing because of that one episode when he seemed to be "frozen"?

I don’t see him refusing - he has the money/insurance to go, but mostly because it makes good vlog footage. Image My money’s on hypoglycemia. That’s easily fixed at home and not a huge issue if you know that it happened because you’re dieting or you’re a type 2 diabetic who just needs to make a follow up with your regular doctor. It would make him confused and sleepy, so it would have felt to him like “waking up” to paramedics even if he was not actually fully unconscious, just out of it.

And it's easily diagnosed in the field. They could have done a quick blood glucose, give him some juice, check it to make sure it had gone back up, and gone on their way.

But then he didn’t “wake up” to paramedics.

That implies he was in some sort of distress and Missy was unable to move/wake him.

Gallbladder attacks can do this. I’ve mentioned my weight loss before, and I’ve got a very bad gallbladder now. I’ve passed out from the pain. I’ve had bad attacks that kept me up all night, and my husband has freaked in the morning because he couldn’t wake me up, or I was lethargic and groaning.

Unfortunately, my doc won’t take it out yet, because they can’t see stones on the ultrasound, just a really swollen/inflamed gallbladder. I have to be vigilant about my fat intake and portion sizes.
Sorry to go slightly OT, but you may want to find a different doctor. Mine didn't have any stones either. It was inflamed with lesions and functioning at 32%. I hope you feel better soon!

Mithy is thuper bummed because she had 3 tasks to do and obviously she can't handle that so her dad has to come to the rescue (as usual) - who in the world feels sorry for someone who can't even take care of her own kids for one day?? Did she really just say it's "annoying" to watch the health of her child? I don't get it - like she spent the first 4 years of her YouTube life mourning the loss of her babies and praying for more and now that she has 2 of them she does nothing but complain!! I love how in the end of the vlog Bryan is being so sweet to Finn and saying how proud he his of him and Missy is just sitting 20 feet away on her phone as usual - any other mother would have proudly come and given her child a hug and/or kiss at that point!! #ThuperThnotty

I disagree. The saddle needs to fit the horse just as much if not more so than the rider. I have been through so many saddles because every horse I've ever ridden has been a different shape.
