If Jesss really wants Lilia to go to college she's gotta start prompting her. She should be asking "What college do you want to go to?" "What's your favorite subject?" I'm not sure if she has actual models in her life of people going to college. Like for real, not Modesto Community Whatever.

If Jess wants any of her kids to go to college and be competitive in challenging classes, she needs to take the tvs, ipads, iphones, computers, whatever out of their rooms and their hands and really limit their use. She needs to have books, books, books everywhere and insist the kids read and Jess and Chris should be reading to the children. Already Lilia is having trouble with math. Second grade math, for fucks sake! She and Chris need to play board games and do puzzles with their children. Unless Lilia steps up her game in reading and math, she will not qualify for any University of California campus and she may struggle at a Cal State school. An associates degree in general education classes from Modesto Junior is not going to get you much in today's job market. The kids will need to do better than that or else take vocational training if they want to live decently.

Heck if nowadays getting an associates is practically useless, it'll be even worse by the time Lilia's graduating high school. A Bachelor's will probably be the minimum requirement!

That's a couple of vlogs in a row now the twins have barely appeared or haven't at all. Fingers crossed they've told her they don't want to be in them but that might be hoping too much.

Also does anyone from that area know when the next school break is? I think that's when we'll know if this "family situation" she referred to is T and C no longer being allowed to be filmed.

I guess lot's of people on here don't think community college is a real college. Jess went to a community college in person for classes (not an online school) and she did get an Associate's Degree. She literally has a college degree yet if you read these pages on this website you would never know that. The comments on here always say Jess has no education! "She has no job and no education!" The truth is she did earn a real college degree, unlike many youtube moms who only have a high school diploma if that. So I do give props to Jess for actually going to a college and getting a degree. The problem is she didnt do anything with it.

I believe community colleges are more of a real collage than those others that offer a degree within 8 Months. In a community college you obtain credits that are transferable to state universities. So Jessica can pick up from her associate and obtain her bachelors unlike brittney from Britney and baby would have to start from the bottom if she wanted to join a state university her associates would probably not count.

Also I know some people call kids ugly, annoying etc but hoping they get injured that’s horrible so shame on that person.

I believe that with it she can teach at a day care or be like a teachers aide so anything below an actual teacher until she gets her bachelors and teaching credential

Same. I was a teen mum, both my nana and my mum had kids before they were 25 so my nana was a great nan in her early 60s.
I really don’t want history to repeat itself so I’ve been talking to me kids about what job they want as an adult since they were tiny. Especially with my daughter as she’s (i’m going to sound awful saying this... i love her really!) one of those people that has a heart of gold but not a lot going on upstairs. She has amazing motivation and determination, sweetest kid ever but her options for career are definitely more limited than most. Due to that i think she would be more likely to have a baby young... its my job as her mum to show her she needs to build a life for herself first so that she is in the most secure position in life that she can be in before reproducing. Not because of the child being brought into this world, but because it will make life easier for my daughter.
I don’t see Jessica talking to any of her kids about things like that, and definitely not on a regular basis. All of those kids are going to think this is how they should live their lives. Its really sad.

The thing is they play on their bikes and scooters. The backyard has a pretty nice concrete area that they can clean up and let them ride around on. She can block off the grass if its that dangerous but yeah completely ironic.
